I run a small community nonprofit, and we rent a space at CubeSmart in Ashburn. I recently needed to upgrade to the next bigger unit, and Iesha was so, so helpful. She guided me through the process skillfully and professionally, and she has such a friendly demeanor. Her commitment to customer service -- and also to the cleanliness of the facility -- have won my business. There is a lot of competition in the area, but I'm sticking with CubeSmart and Iesha. It's so rare to find this kind of customer care nowadays. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Reasonable rates and great customer service. The facility is always clean and customer service is top notch.

Customer service = Amazing and very professional.
Place = very secure, clean and bright.
Hrs = I wish it was a 24hrs or at least until midnight. But perhaps is just me.

We’ve had a storage unit here for less than 2 years and just received a THIRD INCREASE in rent!!!!!’?First time $20/mo, 2nd time $23 and 3rd time $28!!! It seems like they increase about every 6 months! Thank God we’re about to move or I’d take my stuff elsewhere! Yes, the paperwork said the rate could change but this is too much!

It was useful storage unit. Served it's purpose left because rate increase and found out I was paying more than I wanted to for insurance guy lied to me and just got me on an upcharge to make money watchout.

I chose Cube Smart because of their location AND price. Initially called the customer service center and spoke to Louis who was very helpful. Set everything up and reserved the unit while talking to him. Then used the smart registration online to set up my account. It was very easy and my unit was waiting for me the next day ready to be occupied. It's very clean and secure.
