Our local CVS is SEVERELY understaffed. There are long wait lines, and you can clearly see the customers' frustration. The staff has done a GREAT job maintaining their professionalism and courtesy. In fact, I continue to be amazed at how well they keep their composure when there is so much demand. PLEASE get them some help!!!Lastly, I would like to inform you that the parking lot and sidewalks were not cleared of the recent snow and ice our area has gotten over the last two days. It would be a terrible shame to see someone get injured trying to walk into the store because of a lack of effort on the part of CVS to ensure the safety of their customers.

Understaffed, over worked, no one is happy, and there is nothing that indicates this will get better. I figured this is how pharmacies would be, but what did it for me was when I tried to get a prescription filled out, they had told me that it would cost 400. I said I need to confirm before purchasing, I went back and decided to call them and reluctantly fill out that prescription, was on hold for over 10 minutes, by chance called up another pharmacy and in 4 minutes they were able to process prescription and let me know that it would cost me $0. Idk what CVS was looking at but I've been telling my family and friends this story and switching over pharmacies.StoneRidge pharmacy is the one you want, its a quick phone call for them to automatically migrate your existing prescriptions over.

Love the drive-through option especially when you have younger kids in car seats and can’t manage alone to take them out of the car to go inside the pharmacy!! Only downsize is the hours of operation and sometimes it takes forever to get someone to answer the phone but it’s understandable if they are short staffed and busy all the time …

I rarely take it upon me to review an establishment, and a pharmacy nonetheless.This place is truly awful. Need a prescription? Carve out your entire day. Question about an item location? Better off finding it yourself.

Doors were locked at 6 when they close at 10. At least post a warning or something. This CVS i don't recommend at all.

2 total people waiting in line at pharmacy and they can't handle it. They Shut down and told to wait because they are too busy.

If i could give less than 1 star will do. Most useless pharmacy i have seen in my life. No sense of time at all. I am pretty they are working hard but if they cannot keep up then they need to increase the staffing. See if you can go elsewhere and avoid this place.

Pharmacy does not answer calls and when they do pick up a call after being on hold for 10 minutes, they hang up. Really?!

These folks work their butts off, they’re very professional and genuinely care about Everyone’s Health! I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened and Our family appreciates All their services.I’ve seen some Extremely Rude people in the store yelling and arguing with the pharmacy staff some I’m sure are responsible for these negative posts. To those folks, Grow Up and STOP Acting Like Spoiled Brats! If You Don’t Like This CVS, Go Elsewhere! There’s A LOT of People Who Need Health Care Besides You!

Raji hustles! She works so hard and basically runs the whole pharmacy on her own. She takes care of multiple people at a time as well as the drive through. She's basically working 5 peoples jobs at once. She said they're understaffed, which has nothing to do with her performance. I appreciated her hustle and admire her positive attitude.

Horrible horrible pharmacy. I usually go to the herndon one ( for the last 15 years and no complain atall) but this one time I asked them to transfer my refill to this Ashburn pharmacy and boy oh boy what a terrible experience I had . Almost 10 days and no news on my refill. I have been calling them and someone pickups the phones and puts me on hold for 20-30 mins and then hangs up. It seems like no one wants to work there. They should be ashamed of themself with such poor work ethics and horrible customer service

If possible, I’d leave 0 stars (FOR THE PHARMACY ASPECT). The most incompetent workers I have ever engaged with. Wish I could say it was a one time bad experience, but no. It is every single time. Lazy and don’t care to do their job. Even got left on hold by a female worker at the pharmacy for 15-20 minutes just for her to hang up on me. Went in person, told me they didn’t receive a request I submitted when I quite literally got a confirmation email (HOURS AGO!!!!) They are slow to pick up the phones, that’s IF they even choose to answer. If you have to go to this pharmacy, use the drive-thru otherwise you’ll be standing in line while they act like they can’t see you for a long time. Now I’m struggling, not having the medication I’ve been trying to refill, all because they did not want to do their job.
