Absolutely terrible output for photobooks. CVS needs to shut down its online photo ordering until it can produce a high quality output, you are wasting your customers time.

I went inside because the drive through had a 7 car line up. My doctor called in an rx for 1 month which CVS filled for 2 months. They told me that it would take 10-15 minutes to take 1 bottle out of the bag! I sat for 10 minutes and it still wasn't ready and the customer wait line had gotten very long, so, I went home.
I returned at 3:00 pm and got in the drive through because there were only 3 cars. I ended up waiting almost half an hour to pick up my rx.
This is why your rating is 2.1! CVS is just terrible.

The store has a lot of products, but there is no staff. Also, their medication selection is limited.

One of the worst locations, just like cvs app...no one is on the counter, ever. Always have to wait for someone to show up. People can come in, steal amd lace and store won't even know. Very unprofessional way to run this location.

Absolutely horrible and scary experience. I never felt unsafe in a CVS. This male working at the CVS was full of attitude and was aggressive. Make a note to myself and never came to this cvs.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years with nothing but positive experiences. The pharmacists and technicians have always been professional and helpful. I do not recommend the drive-thru, even if there are only 2 cars ahead in line, as it can take a very long time.

Yesterday got in the drive through prescription window, about 7;30. I was the last person in line. After waiting 30 minutes as soon as I pulled up when it was my turn the person at the window closed it basically in my face. Close at 8:00. It was 8:01. They could not fill one last one? Wow. So I went inside naively thinking maybe they would accommodate me but no. Not very good customer service. I understand you want to go home ...but really!? Not cool at all.

At CVS, I consistently experienced excellent customer service and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed quickly. Additionally, the pharmacy team was attentive and provided thorough explanations when needed. Overall, my experiences at CVS have been consistently positive, and I highly recommend it for both its products and customer service.

I hope that this store is not the CVS standard. Two times in the past four months my husband has had surgery. Prescriptions were called in for pick up. I called to confirmed that the prescriptions were received and asked when they will be ready. I show up two hours after the confirmed ready time and they are still ready for pick up.
This location needs to be reviewed for timeliness. Insurance has restricted his prescriptions to CVS only. This is the closest CSV to our home. We truly wish we had better options.
