This is the only place I trust to feed my pup children. The staff is not extremely educated and can help you find the right food for your pet! The quality alone within this store should give you confidence. I highly recommend this store for picky, allergy ridden, or limited ingredient needing pups!

Love this pet this pet shop. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have amazing products including safe and durable toys, top quality dog food, and my dogs favorite treats.On top of that, they really great prices for all their items.

I have two dogs one of which is a senior pomeranian and my other is a young shiba inu. They have specific diets and doggone natural has all of the items they need that most of the other store in town do not have! They are always super friendly and we look forward to our trips there! My pups are grateful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. What an awful cashier. The lady behind the counter today was nothing but awful. As soon as I walked in, she questioned what I was looking for & then proceeded to demean me for trying to find something to help my dogs ears — that wasn’t food based. He’s on a strict vet recommended diet that’s not raw & this woman continually shamed me for refusing to discuss raw options. She questioned what “type of vet recommends that!” She was callous & utterly rude. I will never be coming back.

Excellent selection of pet foods for my young rescue cat. Lots of good recommendations on-site. My cat loves their Stella&Chewy’s Freeze Dried R.A.W. Coated kibble cat foods. Chicken is her favorite. It makes her coat super-smooth, soft and shiny.

There is a pet store closer to me that I refuse to patronize. I drive across town to Dog gone natural. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly. They always have the products I’m looking for and the prices are reasonable.

The owner Kim is an amazing person, always willing to answer any detailed and sometimes crazy questions without hesitation. Her staff are just as wonderful and always say hello when you walk in the door.
