This store is disorganized and understaffed! Boxes line every aisle, and the shelves are empty. Nothing is in stock because it is in the boxes. The only bright side was the staff; they were pleasant and helpful.

While I love the idea and items I can get inside Dollar Tree, this location is never as well stocked or organized as others in the area. The staff is always courteous and helpful though.

New Manager is making positive changes! I've been coming here for years and this is the 1st time that I've seen an additional register open once the line backs up. Not only that but a member was constantly working the floor, restocking and organizing. Very pleased ?

Even though there are always some boxes sitting around waiting to be unpacked, the Broadlands Dollar Tree is an excellent store because the staff here is so friendly and helpful. I usually find what I’m looking for….and always end up buying more than I planned. I needed to return some items today (they only do even exchanges), and the store manager, Laura, made the process so easy. Thank you for running such a great store!
