The worst customer service ever. No one ever picks up the phone to help you. Their cookies had ingredients in them that were not in the websites descriptions. . $79.00 for cookies that were not eaten and tossed because they were disgusting. I have tried this entire week to reach someone, by email, voicemail, left messages, no one ever calls you back. Still today calling got the same fake messages that they will call you back. They don’t. Good luck if you are ordering from this company and have a problem.

The store cannot read directions and deliver arrangements to the proper address. We delivered and held in arrangement for somebody else in our neighborhood because it got delivered to our address. Also, the store doesn’t answer it phone and nobody returns messages.

Got gift. Fruit not fresh. Called 3 times, no one picked up, no return call. Stay away from this location!!!Location reached out after this post to address the issue.Just lipservice...they did nothing.Reinforces their track record for awful customer service ?

Just very bad customer service, if you need to call the store you never can an answer, you will be forwarded to some random office and they have to try and call the store for you? Waste of money if you can’t provide basic customer service needs

I ordered an arrangement which came with balloons which were unfortunately missing upon delivery. I communicated this to the delivery man- Jorge- who was so pleasant and kind over the phone and even returned later with the balloons (even leaving an extra!). My family and I were so grateful and impressed and we loved the arrangement. Thank you Jorge and thank you Edible Arrangements for making this such an easy process!

I received a birthday gift delivered on Tuesday afternoon around 3:00 pm - Chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple - by Thursday afternoon (a mere 48 hours after receipt) several of the strawberries were showing mold. The arrangement came from the Ryan road Edible location. They were kept refrigerated from the time they were received. I called the local number to ask about this - the call was rolled over to a national answering service and I was told you should consume them within 24 hours. No apology or nothing. A dozen strawberries/pineapple treats are a lot for two people to eat in 24 hours.

I called late and with no notice they delivered my order quick and my daughter said the fruit was really fresh! Great customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly. I will definitely use this location again! I am from out of state and he took care of the delivery for me!

Terrible experience ordering here. They charged my credit card and delivered a completely different order than what I placed online. Missing items such as flowers. Unprofessional service overall! If you'd like to ruin a special occasion for a loved one, then order here, and end up miserable.

My boyfriend and I waited at the front for 10 minutes, no one came out. We could hear people in the back so he knocked on the door, a few minutes later a guy came out of the back. He didn’t say anything at all, so I asked if he knew if they where hiring. He just said no and stood there. So we just said thank you and left.Well. I guess they should be hiring if there’s not even enough people to put one up front. Plus, their employees should be much more polite to customers.

Terrible experience and will not purchase from this store again. I ordered a birthday treat on May 25th to be delivered on June 12th. As it started to get later in the day around 4pm I was wondering where the order was and clicked on the track order button. It told me the order was out for delivery. Two hours later I still hadn't received the order despite being sent an email that it had arrived! I have called this store numerous times as well as the 877 number only to get a pre-recorded message with no way to leave a voice mail and I have sent over at least three emails now and STILL have not received a call back. Not only did my order not get delivered but I was charged for the purchase. I would not order from this company again.

Don’t have anything shipped on a holiday second time I’ve used them and they didn’t deliver my order to my mom on mother’s day. Now I look like a bad son as well as making her look outside to see if any packages came in. I call Monday to see where the edibles are at and she tells me that it is still in transit. She offered to still send it out by Tuesday but I don’t understand the point of that. Aweful internal communication with their delivery team. On a holiday if you are charging a minimum of 80-90 bucks per edible arrangement. I suggest at-least you get it delivered on the right day. It is as simple as looking at the orders and making sure you have an ample amount of drivers to get them shipped out. They are nice on the phone but it doesn’t matter when you are looking like a fool to your family relatives.

Honestly surprised by the amount of 1 stars but also noticed a majority of 1 star reviews ranging from 11 months to a year ago. (NOT all but most). I've never had a bad experience here or had trouble getting someone to answer. I've also never ordered online or had it delivered so I can't speak on that, however, if you visit the store in person I've always received exceptional professional service with my order being both correct and ready ontime.
