Jae was amazing! He stayed late so I could come when I got out of work to pick a unit. Then he walked around with me until we found the best fit for my needs. This establishment is very clean and well taken care of and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

Mgr Jay and Asst Christina are amazing, so very helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean and in good working order. We looked at several facilities before choosing Self Storage Plus in Ashburn and they were all a mess (broken equipment, unkempt, scary/dangerous). HIGHLY recommend SSP.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean. Beware that storage rates increase regularly after renting.
