I should have known there would be issues when the gas pump system froze twice after inserting my card. THIS LOCATION HAS SKIMMERS ON THEIR GAS PUMP MACHINES! I’ve had fraudulent transactions charged to my card but thankfully my bank declined the online transactions as they were suspicious large online amounts for BestBuy.com, Dillards, and Walmart.com. Beware and check the card scanner before inserting your card at the pump or even inside the gas station.

The rude and condescending staff act like they're doing you a favor and answer imagined questions before you ask them. Of course, the questions in their minds are totally WRONG, as are the answers. If you dislike people that much, why not try a different job - like mortician. That kind of disproportionate rudeness gets you nothing except a poor review and no repeat business.I turned around and left for another gas station.

Very bad customer service the cashier was very rude I was trying to buy sparkling water and bottle of water for some reason she was charging different price from the one is on the sticker price and suddenly she told she will not give me the water or the sparkling water and without any reasonable answer she just grab the items and put them back to the cooler also she stated she was the manager which I don’t think so…

Huge change in customer services and items on display . Since they change the management I felt . I am the regular customer now and definitely recommend others to shop and go more often to fill their gas tank for reasonable prices .

EXXON needs to take a serious look at this service station and close it down or fire the manager or run the owner out of Ashburn. They are not helpful to the clients that enter their location or use their gas pumps. They call you names, and tell you basically to go pound sand. The attendee called John, verbally assaulted me and then hung up on me when I asked for the manager. I asked for the manager to call me back and John would not give him the note and told me I was d**** He was totally unhelpful and told me that he would not help me even if I was at the service station. I will never use this service station again and I urge everyone in Ashburn to boycott this EXXON station until it closes or get under new ownership or management. If EXXON is listening, I have always use EXXON gas as my favorite gas station and I am seriously thinking about cutting my card in half and boycotting every EXXON station the rest of my life. All over a stupid GOLD car wash, that John didn't want to give me the pin for. John will answer to someone for his ignorance someday, but it won't be me! He isn't worth it!

very bad attention to the customer I live near there and the cashiers are always in a bad mood and they also have gift cards and they can never activate them because the machine does not work. What a bad experience. and I give them a point just because it is close to my house. Please be careful because the medicine it's expired.

Terrible gasstation can't read well because word was so small and not clear, all the equipment is old . No gas prices on out side either.
