I wasn’t planning on washing my car that day, but after experiencing the great service at this location I purchased an annual membership! The staff were very helpful, and the manager Ehab was patient, professional and kind making sure I’m satisfied with the service I received by going further to put the final touches on my car himself. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work!

Really not happy. About a month ago my friend's extra car mats were missing. She didn't notice it for a few days. The Herndon, VA Flagship really did nothing about it...no lost and found ..no sorry. Nothing.Now today, I notice two thin oriental rugs I had in the back seat floor of my car are GONE.I last had the car washed about 7 days ago.What's up with these omissions? Reminds me of a laundry I had where if you left 6 shirts almost always one would be missing when the dry cleaning came back.I am really angry that these very good oriental rugs I had in my car apparently were just left on the conveyor belts at the London Parkway, Flagship Car Wash. Since the same thing happened to my friend, I believe it is a fairly regular occurrence. Very poor practice of the part of Flagship and I would not recommend them. (review entered on Yelp as well). I usually vacuum and wipe down my car myself after getting deluxe exterior car wash from this place. For the first time I purchased full service the other day. They didn’t vacuum interior properly, didn’t move stuff around to get the dirt. There were smudges on the mirrors and windshield. No wonder they only have 3-5 min to clean whole interior.

I got 2 cars washed today and was very disappointed on both. On 1, the rear bumper was still dirty and on the 2d, the windows were terrible. You could barely see through them. The quality has really slipped.

This was my 5th carwash here, and love it. Of course with coupons. Regular price is high for me with the fact this is only exterior wash. Prior I was using embassy car wash, with their year round 50% off coupon including interior vaccume and clean plus car mat wash was awesome Never Paid more then $20. My last car wash bit disappointing as all free car vacuum slots were full and there is no way you can come later to do it

I recently had a good experience at flagship. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, although the credit card device was worn or dirty or other and wouldn't acceptmy card and i had to give a different card which was annoying because i know my card does work.The facility was immaculate, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness that extended to my vehicle. It seemed high-quality products and equipment was used, however it wasn't quite spot free!! There were a lot of spots!!! And also some wax residue was left on top of my roof... it's easy to "wax off", so it's not the worst thing.The pricing was reasonable for the level of service received. I left feeling not only satisfied with the cleanliness of my car but also liked that there was no human touching my car.Despite the minor complaints above, i recommend them for a car wash that meets expectations.

I wish I could leave more stars yet Paying $36 for the ultimate wash the exterior is acceptable however the interior was terrible, the mats weren’t cleaned and after asking the employees for the reason we were told that the package we have purchased does not include cleaning the mats which for that price it should ,in addition the cloth they were using to wipe the car was apparently not clean and left streaks allover the windows and causing the windows to be extremely hazy, at first we thought it was foggy however it’s not , This is not the first time that we experienced similar situation where the windows are not cleaned properly, had to clean the windows again myself,
