Hello Giant, I had a very pleasant experience at your Junction Plaza location today. I had forgotten my Giant card at my husband's car and needed to get some items that were on sale. Your employee Abiha (I hope I've spelled her name right) helped me through the whole process. She was friendly, patient and helpful! She gave excellent customer service. I left the store with a smile. Thank you, Abiha :) Giant is lucky to have you as an employee!

Despite having a sign that says that they would inflate balloons, they told me that they no longer do that because of Covid. It’s a completely understandable position if it were not for the fact that the balloons I wanted inflated were in a sealed package. At some point common sense should’ve won out.

What a mess. Shelves over stuffed. Way too many complicated price signs with misleading information. Overwhelming & third world-esque. Inconsiderate customers lingering in aisles blocking areas from other customers. Second set of front doors locked. Drivers zooming around parking lot near the store. Safety challenge to pedestrians. Is it Giant or customers cultivating un-civilization? It's both. Not surprised.

Why are shelves empty and doors locked? Unacceptable gorcery experience especially for such a gorgeous Ashburn neighborhood.

Like shopping inside of a freezer....surprised it hasn't snowed inside this store yet with how cold they keep it.

Self scan is horrible at this location and they have too many pricing gimmicks and mislabeled items.

I dread coming here if I'm getting a full cart of groceries. Unless something is on sale, its expensive and they expect you to do all the work via self checkout. Outside of that, there is usually only one single cashier. And even then you still need to bag your own groceries. Might as well shop at Harris Teeter with these prices and pathetic service. At least you're getting high quality groceries and service. HIRE MORE CASHIERS!!!

I called to find out what to do with my
son’s Epi-pens that I bought from Giant that have expired already. I was told to bring them to the pharmacy and that they will dispose them. So when I went grocery shopping today at their store, I took them with me. But when I went to the pharmacy, I was greeted with an unprofessional, unfriendly, and nasty pharmacist who raised her voice and said that the don’t disposed those. What an unprofessional attitude for a person with that profession! There was no reason for her to treat me that way. All I said was that I was dropping off expired epi-pens. I have to make sure to never get my prescriptions or my son’s prescriptions filled in Giant again if I am going to be treated that way. She should not be working in a pharmacy or anywhere if she cannot treat people with dignity and respect. Woman pharmacist in Giant junction plaza, I hope you will be treated by people the same way you treated me. “The Golden Rules” as they said.
