Upon attempting to purchase a premixed preworkout, the manager (would not give his name)of this location trying to force me to signup for the GNC free membership. After refusing to signup, he informed me that the stores policy is to not allow purchases without it. Very displeased with the service at this location.

GNC Isopure Online Purchase - Item Missing. Implying customers are thieves
I bulk-ordered twice for about 10 - 15 bottles each time. Each time, I am missing a bottle or two. I called customer service and it has been a pain. First time, out of stock. Second time, customer service suggesting I am tricking the company for extra goods since this is the second time items are missing and declined my case.
Walmart and Amazon sell for $60 per bottle. I'm glad some alternative vendors who don't think customers are thieves can have a working supply chain and customer service.
I will never buy from GNC again.

While I can’t speak to the others who have had issues with the store not being open, I had a great experience with an associate named Alla. He was super knowledgeable and helpful while selecting a new preworkout and protein supplement. Thanks for your help dude!

Store opens at 10am, have been waiting here with 4 other potential customers and no one has arrived to open doors. 5 customers waiting 20 minutes after store is supposed to be opened. We are all leaving and I’ll never give this place my money

Worker showed up 10 minutes late to open the store and sauntered in- didn’t seem apologetic at all about wasting my time. After asking him for recommendations on pre workout, he casually recommends the most expensive product without raising his eyes. Very lazy, apathetic worker with a poor work ethic.

Called to ask if they have an item in stock. The guy said "let me check". Literally two seconds later he said "no we don't". Did you even check? The store can't be that small.

Went during their normal operating hours and there was a sign on the door saying be back in 5 minutes. Waited for 10 minutes and no one came. First and last trip.

been shopping at gnc for years. this location refuses to help or make any effort to look up your account to redeem points. when he does look up your account you have to actually convince him to use the points/$ on your items. unreal.
