Have a few times dog wash here. 20 bucks each if u care about the price so far. They also have a punch card so after 5 washes 1 free. The shampoo are very very easy to get bubbles so it’s real nice. They do have 1 hour limit per wash I never exceeded that time limit

Been bringing our dog to GDR for years. Staff are always friendly and courteous. They provide reminders on appointment. Their schedule is always booked so recommend you do prior scheduling (6 weeks in advance) even after your grooming appt is done - schedule 6 week (or your preference to lock I. Your spot).Good variety of dog food, treats and toys. They also have a self dog wash area.Recommend this place. Prices are great and quality of grooming, products and service is stellar.

I brought in my three boys for bathing, nail clipping, ear cleaning and more. I was impressed with the service quality and the time it took. The associates there also show they love animals. I am now a repeat customer.

WOW JUST WOW!! We went to this store because we are looking to give our sweet pitty Finn a better quality food! He deserves the best of the best! The level of customer service in this store is exceptional and even that is an understatement. Kyra and Julie were super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I really can't say enough great things about Good dog Rocky! They have gained a forever customer! PS: their prices are affordable, icing on the cake!

Great place for my pups nail trims, the store personnel are friendly and the self- service pet wash with the provided shampoos, conditioners keeps my pups fur smelling wonderful, feeling soft, looking super shiny and I'm dealing with less shedding too.

We normally stop by after brunch to pick up a few things for our pets. Love the free samples that enables us to test the products before buying. Staff are friendly as well.

Today I was coming out of OneLife Fitness and witnessed an altercation between I’m assuming a customer and an employee of your location. As someone with a toddler, it was hard not to pay attention to the argument as my son was pointing. Not only that but the altercation was loud. There was vulgar words, hands in faces, and extreme anger from a young lady wearing an apron. This concerns me because this is where I purchase my dog food and I come here often. I work in the hospitality industry and I would be appalled if my employees/customers were arguing to that extreme in a parking lot. Not only that, but we were hit immediately with cigarette smoke as they allow their employees to smoke outside the main entrance. It was extremely uncomfortable, I would not recommend stepping foot into this place after what I saw today. This Ashburn area needs a good clean up for the pet industry.

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly! The self-wash room had everything you could need & is first come first serve. Cici (hopefully I spelled it right) was super sweet & took great care of my mini Aussie! Will definitely return.

Hands down the best groomers we have ever used for our dogs. Our little guy is quite challenging and cranky. They manage him beautifully and he looks better than he ever has : the cut is consistently excellent. Highly recommend.

Great selection and helpful staff. The owner knows her products and can provide helpful advice when selecting as needed. They also have a nice loyalty program and prices are reasonable. Happily willing to support this small business!
