Hope's Treasures is a fantastic Second Hand Shop, they accept most items ranging from decor to clothes and kids toys. The staff is always super friendly. The items are all organized well and they accept tap-to-pay for most purchases.

Highly recommend this thrift store not only for the merchandise and cleanliness, but also for the staff!! I’ve never seen employees so calm and de-escalating when dealing with a foul mouthed customer causing a scene because they didn’t have fitting rooms open. The fitting rooms aren’t open because of theft issues, but the store prices are decent and reflect that. This store has some great finds so if you haven’t had the chance to stop by the Ashburn Hopes Treasure, I hope you can make the time to check it out!

Terrible service, horrible selection, unorganized, no bathroom, no fitting room! I’d never donate to this thrift shop!

I knew diamond in the ruff, it was a bit out of my way but good selection. Took my wife to see the store and she was pleased as well.

What??? This is in my neighborhood and never made it to give them credit for everything they do for the community. Been getting my outfits here, and some basic stuff for household needs; school supplies and re-creating stuff on what I could use. Hit or miss! You may find lots of treasures here and at times, I come home empty-handed. ❤️ coming here! Part of my monthly rotation.

Whomever was working in the evening on 7/29 turned off the lights while customers were still in the store around 6:52. It is understandable that they close at 7 and want to wrap up business on time. However, the person working inside has an opportunity to communicate more clearly and respectfully with shoppers. Isn’t it a bit dangerous to turn off alllights when people may have disabilities that impact vision? I understand slightly dimming, but yikes! When customers come in close to closing, please give exact directions and honor the time you said shoppers have. —It felt pretty disappointing and disrespectful. —Some of us only have a sliver of time to shop every month. If it closes at 7, please allow people to at least 6:55

I love to take a look through this small gem of a store! From gently worn clothes to interesting electronics… this store will occupy a great thrifter for an hour or more. This is a treasure trove that you must comb through but it’s well worth it. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable!! Please stop on by :)

Good selection of household goods and reasonable prices. Many handicrafts are signed by American artisans, so options not limited to cheap Chinese products as in other stores. It might install a rack to put customer's items while they finish shopping without having use a cart

Nice staff, good location with lots of parking, and wonderful mission focused on helping local people in Loudoun County. Always had a good experience donating, and the constantly changing selection of goods for sale is an easy way to pick something up for your family.

Loaded my SUV with an armchair in good condition to donate only to be told, very curtly, "not taking chairs today". Didn't even bother to look at it. Had to go home and unload and ended up giving it away. Won't bother the next time I have something.

Like any thrift store, it's all about luck in the search for something just right. Hope's Treasures has had wonderful items that I've added to my home and closet. I'm giving them 4 stars as their dressing rooms are still closed and I'm not buying clothes I can't try on first since all sales are final.

7/1/2022 5pm ASHBURN, I’ve been donating at this site ever since it opened. Today, I went to drop off a nice 2 year old chandelier, shirts and shoes. Was told by the employee outside “no” to the chandelier. Left the bag of clothes/shoes on the table, went to snap the QR code and was told “no, one bag, no”. “Three boxes yes”. So I took the bag of clothes and chandelier and will select another donation center.

Most of the employees are really nice but they put all the good stuff up on eBay now.
