My daughter has been going to Hope gymnastics for 2 years now. She started going here recreationally and slowly made progress into their competitive program. Her strength, form and skills have improved so much as a gymnast. Coach Hanna spends the time to explain why conditioning is so important and keeps theses athletes safe before starting any routine. The progress my daughter has made has been impressive. The environment is clean and very team oriented. Thank you for creating such a fun, safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

Why 1 and I wish i could give 0. I give my reasons and you judge it:1- volleyball practice with such loud noise and kicks which distract newbie and little kids. Can u hear what coach says? They should shout. And I see LOs going ti watch volleyball match sometimes.2- is there a real trained coach? NO. Really no. All instructors ( for the level that my child went, beginner and kinder) are students and even worst new hires for holding camps and fun activities and suddenly became coach!!!!3- Ariel ( not a coach and they keep calling her) to become coach of students and teach them how to perform moves while she was pregnant. She was not even good at handling students and distractions. Such a mess in class. Such a waste of time.My daughter went there for 6 months and still were just like she knows no basic moves and when I complained that there is not instructions for my kid to follow at class, they keep telling me she is not ready and not really into this. I asked to be in a developmental class at least but no success. I pulled her out and went to 360 gym. Oh my god the best decision, in just a month, my daughter advanced amazingly. She is now in a program for June competition. So the blame is on the weak management of that facility.

This is the worst gymnastics ever. They were so disrespectful and unprofessional. I was coming up due for a payment and the manager (Jacki) approached me in front of my friend to let me know that I didn't pay yet and that I need to do it. Not sure why she couldn't wait till the end. Also want to mention that an exact similar thing happened (referencing story below) with coach Jacki when my daughter was wondering off and didn't follow directions when she too was 3 years old. She approached us and said that she is not good at following directions in front of my daughter. She said that by 3 times if they're still not listening they need to approach the parent. No filters whatsoever with this place. Don't waste your time and money with these pple. The front desk staff- there have been a couple different ones but there is one that always looks pissed off. The owners are mean and don't care about you. Bad vibes everywhere at this place.

PARENTS BE AWARE OF THE OWNER’S DOG!Rude, Mismanaged, crowded and unprofessional! My daughter attended for almost a year and we had enough. Besides the rude management staff and questionable “experienced” instructors, what was the last straw was when the owner allowed their dog to roam about the gymnastics floor during a class scaring the kids. Literally my daughter stopped doing anything but held on to me b/c the owner’s dog (believe it was a husky), was walking around freely on the mat. When I brought it to the instructors attention, her reply was “yeah that’s the owners dog.” No one took any action or said anything- the dog was treated with more respect and prioritized over the safety of the kids on the mat!!!This isn’t a dog park! You lost a long term customer and I’ll be sure to warn other families as well.

Very unprofessional and unorganized center. They can charge 300-400$ after 2-3 months without any notice. Very unsafe place for children. It is mostly play place but not professional sport center. I would give them zero

My experience with HOPE has been an amazing one.My daughter was nervous when we got there. She was just 3 years old.Her instructor did an amazing job with her for her first time. The instructors are very nice and sweet but also have a firm way in letting the kids know they need to follow directions which is great! Its well organized. Great hospitality. She has been a member for 4 years, maybe longer, after every class you can see a smile and happiness on her face.Thank you all!!!!

Easy to schedule and friendly staff but the gym was packed! They were running 5+ classes at once, side to side and crossing paths. It was a super busy and crowded which was a shock to me during the pandemic. All instructors were masked but there was no space for any social distancing. The instructors were busy, distracted (it was loud and chaotic), and hands off. They’d model a circuit once and then let the kids go through on their own for 10 mins without much help or feedback. Some parents may be okay with this but I was looking for something more hands-on for a beginner. Hope this helps someone know what to expect ahead of time.
