Dr. Meera is a wonderful caring doctor. She's very attentive to all of her patience. The office staff is very nice and hard working. I had the privilege of having Ines help me with adjustments to my glasses and issues with the insurance. She solved the issues quickly and thoroughly.

Before starting this review I would like to thank the great service I receive and the great help from the optician technician Rana at the Insight Eye Optical offices in Brambleton. The knowledge she has by telling me and her help with my new prescription for my new glasses. She guided me by showing me the different models according to the style of my face and the type of prescription the doctor had given me and I am very happy with the results and the help she gave me in the process. Thank you Rana for all your help.

Top-notch service. Greeted by a pleasant technician, Elena, who did the preliminary examination. She explained what it would cost for the visit, and verified all my information.
Dr Patricia Woo’s examination was very thorough. After checking my vision and made the required changes to my prescription, she then checked the health of my eyes. She also answered all my questions. I am very pleased with their professionalism and recommend Insight Eye Optique wholeheartedly.

The reason you should go to Insight in one word: service
Kathy was so helpful, your classes and prescription are filled with care and customization that chains just can't offer. My og glasses were cracked when filled at a chain, something Insight spotted/corrected immediately! Super helpful! Thank you!

Dr. Woo is wonderful! I have been taking my 8 year old daughter to see her for the past three years. She is extremely thorough, takes time to answer all of my daughter's questions and most important.. she is caring. I have seen her at both office locations and staff at both locations have been timely and courteous.
