I found the place to be un-welcoming upon entering noticed the front desk person busy on his mobile device. I walked around looked at a few cars & no one yet to meet and greet. Cars had signs of "NO TOUCHING"??

I found the staff to be rude not at all welcoming.
I should have left at that time but since I had an appointment didn't find it appropriate to do so.
Start of a bad beginning!
I came here for an oil change and the guy thought I came here for advise on auto maintenance.
Completely & utterly a pushy car salesman, more into selling me what I need for a 3 year service. Really unnecessary stuff, I reluctantly agreed but regretted this later. It was not cheap either would be better off going to Porsche dealership.
They promised the car will be washed and cleaned up & when went to pick up the car it was not cleaned. All in all, please stay away from this place.

Car was overdo for replacing 20 old parts (2002 Porsche 911). Omar walked through each item one at a time differentiating between must have versus nice to have. Work performed was awesome as well as the customer service. Feels like a new car!

Contacted Intersport to troubleshoot a gremlin with my PDK that my usual service specialist could not replicate. Intersport did a complete service on the PDK as well as a couple things that weren't satisfactorily taken care of by my old independent service. They provided pictures and kept me informed every step of the way, taking the time to explain the technical workings. We are keeping an eye out to see if it reoccurs. Definitely worth the hour trip from home.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the folks at Intersport. Special shout out for Matt, the service manager.My 996 needed a large repair - Matt made sure that everything was done perfectly!This is a highly ethical, competent Porsche repair facility.They won me over as a loyal customer!

I recently purchased a ’12 Carrera S from Intersport, a clean car and well priced imo. My buying experience was pleasant; upon arriving, Omar, gave me a quick intro and left me alone to take my time walking around the car. Having serviced the vehicle for the previous owner, Omar and Matt provided a thorough evaluation of the car’s condition. They were very accommodating in housing the car as long as I needed and sent great updates of the work being done on the brakes and tires. 24 hours into ownership a vacuum solenoid for the PSE failed (things happen), however, during a follow-up courtesy call from Intersport, I mentioned the issue and they wanted to make it right. It definitely cemented my confidence in the business.

Once again, the guys at intersport took car of my car and did a great job. Had terrible vibration at speed and asked to have them check it out. Made appointment at 11pm and got in and out the next day in an hour and they even let me park my laptop and do some work in Omar’s office desk while I waited. These guys know Porsches and hate seeing one operate poorly! Mine is now back to being a road missle! Thanks!

Incredible independent shop for all amazing cars, and especially for Porsches. Fair pricing, excellent service, and updates throughout each process. You are never in the dark or uninformed. I have absolutely loved doing business with these fine folks and have recommended them to every Porsche owner I know. Matt has been especially helpful. Cannot sing enough praises here.

I brought my 1990 Carrera to the McLean location for suspension and engine work. They were courteous and professional, giving me advice on how to get my newly acquired car up to daily driving condition. I was kept in the loop as it progressed, and the turnaround time was quicker than i would have gotten at another shop i was talking with. They wanted my business and wanted to provide quality service, fixing some items that a previous owner had done that were plainly done in haste with corners cut. Intersport understood that i want this car restored right, and were also happy to give me pointers on items i was taking on myself for this restoration. I later visited their Ashburn showroom and it is a very impressive collection. Omar was happy to show me around and source some parts i was having trouble locating.

I recently had the gentlemen of Intersport detail my Porsche Boxster. The car was completed in less than a day and came back looking absolutely beautiful - like a new vehicle. Recommended!
