I do bring my cars here but I am rethinking that decision. The constant upselling of products and services is a major turn off. They also dramatize the urgency of these services. The workers are usually very good and efficient but the managers in the light blue shirts (customer care personnel) must either be told to use shady business practices or get a cut of the upcharge.

Very shoddy work. They overfilled my oil by a half quart and they failed to put 4 screws back in on my plastic undercarriage. Stay clear!!

Service was ok. I asked them to check brakes as they were making a noise, they came and told me it was front brakes and it would be 479$. Not sure how they can do oil change in little less than 20 min but ok. Guy that helped me was very nice but there was one guy there that was a bit rude and obnoxious when talking to his coworkers , didn’t get his name but he had a walking boot on one foot. I hope he wasn’t the manager because the way he talked to them he shouldn’t be. I won’t be returning there. I also had a 10$ coupon that he said he was using , got home and looked at receipt and he didn’t .

Great for a quick oil change! I have zero complaints, it is pricier than my normal spot, but that would've taken half the day. $114 for full synthetic in less than 15 minutes. The staff was very professional and friendly, they weren't overly pushy with additional services

Just got a tire mount and balance. I got quoted a price over the phone and it increased by $10 by the time I got to the store. It would have been fine except the gentleman who sounded like the manager, was dismissive with not very kind customer service. I like the other guys that work on my my so I will be back but a bit disappointed.
