I started bringing my 5 year old son here a few months ago, I was worried it would be another activity that he would lose interest in or not be able to sit still through. But Sensei Vlad has done a great job helping him stay on track, and engaged. My son loves coming to his class!

Our son has been taking classes at Kaizen for 1 year and we all love it! We were recommended to come here. Our son has learned alot and always has fun doing it. Sensei Vlado is a great teacher and very friendly! We love that he teaches them self defense and life lessons as well.

Our son has been going to MMA for almost a year now and our experience continues to be incredible.
