First time trying this salon and I loved my experience. They took me in same day I called. Arsan was my stylist and he cared to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave some professional suggestions. Arsan is very talented! I saw some of the staff hair coloring that was done by him, it looked amazing. The salon is very modern, clean, edgy and nice looking. Will be back!

Merve worked magic on my hair at Hair Story by Serap. She gave me back my volume, defined my natural waves, and eliminated frizz. Her product recommendation was amazing, if she suggests it, get it! I’ll only trust Hair Story by Serap from now on.

First time at Hair Story by Serap and everyone was very friendly. I was searching online I came across Hair Story by Serap which was highly rated. I decided to give it a try and I am glad that I did. My initial appointment was with Melis. She was very sweet, patient, enthusiastic, and professional. She provided a detailed consultation then she worked her magic. I was very happy with results and There is nothing but good vibes and positivity in this place. I highly recommend Melis and this hair salon. This was one of the best hair salon experiences I’ve ever had! 😊 i will Definitely go back again. This place is a gem! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for their new go to hair salon and hairdresser.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am that I chose Hair Story by Serap! I had grown out highlights that were brassy and my hair was dry and damaged. The “before” side pic below is from about 6 months ago because I rarely took any pics with my hair down because I hated it. I had an initial consult with Serap and I told her what I wanted and showed her pictures. She went over my options, made recommendations, showed me hair samples of colors and was upfront about the cost of each service. I returned and met Melis my stylist and she was AMAZING! My hair IQ is very low and she took her time explaining again what we would be doing that day and what to expect. She is super sweet and even gave me recommendations for some vitamins to help with my thinning hair and told me where I could get them. She gave me a sample of a hair mask for home and encouraged follow-up care. She wasn’t salesy at all and I never felt pushed to add on more $$ treatments on my services that day or purchase products while there. I wish I had taken better pics to show how beautiful my hair was when she finished because she definitely worked some magic!
The salon is bright and airy, very clean and everyone is friendly and engaging. Melis gave me a Turkish coffee to try for the first time. I’ve finally found a home for my hair! Will definitely return and I give the highest recommendation to Melis for an all around outstanding experience! Five stars isn’t enough!

Melis is an AMAZING stylist and I 10/10 recommend her, she was very communicative with what would work with my hair and what wouldn’t, I went in for a bleach and tone with CRAZY damaged hair and 3 month growth and I left with beautiful, soft, perfect platinum blonde I’ve never seen my hair so amazing. I’d highly recommend her as this was my first time and I can’t wait to come back.

I can't say enough about the amazing service I received at Hair Story, especially from Serap! I came in with dull, lifeless hair and honestly didn't have high hopes. Serap not only revived my hair but completely exceeded my expectations. Her expertise and attention to detail transformed my hair into something vibrant and healthy. Beyond the incredible results, Serap's customer service was top-notch. She listened to my concerns, offered fantastic suggestions, and made the entire experience so enjoyable.
The salon itself has a great atmosphere, but Serap truly stands out. She took the time to explain what she was doing and how to maintain the look at home, which I really appreciated. It's clear she's passionate about hair and dedicated to making her clients feel their best. I've already booked my next appointment with her!

I had such a great experience with Ersin! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming and attentive. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great suggestions based on my hair type. The result was even better than I expected – my hair looks healthy, stylish, and exactly the way I imagined. On top of being very skilled, Ersin is also friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone I know.

I went in for a balayage and had an absolutely phenomenal experience! Ersin was extremely professional, incredibly passionate about his craft, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results beyond my expectations. I’ve tried many hairstylists before, but I can confidently say he is the best I’ve ever had. From now on, he will be my go-to hairstylist. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch hair services!

It was my first time here, service overall was good & my hairstylist was very nice. I came here because of the good reviews & my usual hairstylist at another salon was booked & I needed a haircut before a trip. At the end of my haircut & trim I was pleased with everything. After my blowout, my hairstylist pulled out scissors & I thought he was just fixing my ends or something. I realized after I saw a chunk of my hair on the floor that he was using thinning scissors on my hair. I felt that it was too late to say anything once I realized what he was doing. I hated it & hated that I wasn’t asked beforehand. I had thick hair I loved & now it’s too thin & I didn’t ask for it to be thinned out. I’m extremely upset with the results after having my hair thinned out without my permission. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve had a good experience. Please ask your clients before thinning their hair.
