Total of 2 people could not take the blood sample from my 3 year old son, they made him cry out loud, kept inserting needle to both arms, but yet they were not able to find a vessel. They don't know what they are doing, one of the technician's hand was shaking, maybe because of his age. They said due to my son's dehydration, the blood is not coming out. This is ridicilous!!! My son is drinking a lot of water, he is not dehydrated at all, he just woke up and we took him to have the blood work. He is no way that be dehydrated. Also is water make blood more watery?? So that it comes out of vessel. You should be hiring better, more qualified nurses, technicians!!! I don't recommend anyone to go there!

super fast, super easy, I didn’t catch her name but the lady drawing my blood was very nice and it only took her one try to find a good vein :) other reviews had me a little worried as someone who’s scared of needles and blood, but it wasn’t bad at all!

The staff is rude and unresponsive to customer inquiries. They do not communicate with insurance providers to provide accurate pricing information. Instead, they insist on having customers sign paperwork based on their pricing without clarification. Additionally, they made an error in entering the name and refused to correct it even after being informed of their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just walked in, and then walked out within 10 minutes! Staff was courteous, and the service was swift!

Worst location ever! Extremely rude practitioner. The front desk person was nice. We had an appointment, came in on time, waited for 15-20 mins before the practitioner came in and threw the papers at us saying very rudely that we don’t have an appointment. Even though we did make an appointment over the phone which was later confirmed. We waited another hour or so before they finally called us. Would never come back here ever again!!

Scheduled an appointment online day-of. Got there early, checked in, and was called back before I even sat down after checking in. I advised the man who took me back for blood work that I have deep veins and am used to being stuck more than once for blood work. He felt around quickly, assured me he found a vein, and got it on the first try. I was in and out in 5 minutes tops.

I went in this morning and had Vivian take my blood. She was phenomenal!! I have passed out quite a few times and was nervous after reading the reviews online. I was impressed with her caring nature and making sure I was well taken care of. I felt absolutely nothing and it was so quick and easy. Thanks Vivian! If i have more blood work to do I will specifically come and ask for you!! Thanks!

Very rude nurse who gave misinformation and essentially no information. The nurse who was supposed to draw the blood said it would be multiple vials per the entire doctor’s order. We only wanted three vials drawn at maximum at one visit. When I asked her which vials contained the CBC because that is the most important and only one we needed to get done with urgency, she said I could call customer service but she couldn’t tell me which vials would be for the CBC. When I called my Dr office, they said the lab would be able to tell me this info and only draw the CBC if I requested it. Obviously this lab doesn’t want to work with the patients. Never had such a bad experience with a nurse at labcorp. Serious waste of time, particularly when you and your dr need info quickly. Will not go here again.

Absolutely amazing experience here. I came here to get bloodwork done this morning and the gentleman who drew my blood was extremely gentle and accommodating to my tendency to get lightheaded, etc. It was the best and most painless blood drawn I’ve ever received! Other than the blood drawn itself, the facility is super clean and well-kept, and the employees are all very friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back here for future bloodwork.

New location for LabCorp is much better than the previous one inside a doctor’s office. The move was only about a mile, so driving time is unchanged. There is significantly more available parking at this location. Check in was fast and my wait was short. Facility was clean and service was competent.

LabCorp recently changed locations without notifying customers. I arrived at 7:30 AM for my appointment, only to find the new location opens at 8:00 AM. This lack of communication and inconvenience could have easily been avoided with a simple notification about the change in location and updated opening hours. It's incredibly frustrating to show up on time for an appointment only to be met with such an unexpected delay.
