Quick testing but results can take more than a week to several weeks. Can’t believe it takes that long for routine lab work. Often they have misplaced specimens too.Responding to Labcorp - I have already emailed you and yet to receive results. There is no phone number to call for results. It’s submitting a contact us form and waiting for your reply. Haven’t heard back even after following up.

Great facility. Little hard to find the office, BUT I’m glad came here. Quick, clean and Carlos was wonderful!! Didn’t even felt the needle was going in and he was very nice / people friendly! Thank you!!!

Small lobby, and the place was packed with 4 groups (4 patients) in front of me. The only receptionist was on the phone, and I was motioned (I think) to use the malfunctioning kiosk that was in full view of the entire lobby. The lobby resembles a fish market in Asia, not a medical facility. Trying to hear your name being called while you are dealing with some lady screaming on the phone. This can't be normal and acceptable...

Please update your answering machine and signage on the door. Both state you are open until 4pm however, when I got to the office, I was told you close at 3pm.

BILLED BCBS for blood work. In the billing they submitted a blood work 2x. After BCBS rejected the double bill. Patient was charged This didn't happened once. It occurred 2 different times Check your statements They are money first not patient Use other lab companies. Not recommended

My daughter had her blood work done here. But they called after few days to report that the blood work has gone bad due to not properly storing. It was not a pleasant experience. Also I went there a week ago for work related blood work. No updates on results and no returning to phone calls and messages. Not professional.

Hours are completely wrong on google says open from 12pm-12am which I admit I was very skeptical of so I went in at 5 which I felt was a safe time to try cause I thought it would be open. Boy was I wrong they open at 7am and close at 4pm best part is on google it says they are open on Saturday and Sunday however they are not so now I will have to wait until Monday to be able to take the drug test for my work to be able to start. It’s not difficult to just post hours of operation….

This is by far the best Labcorp in the area. I’ve never had an issue waiting and they get me on the first stick all the time.

Lazy staff.. expect to wait at least an hour even there is no one waiting before you. Instead of waiting here, Better to go to Sterling, extra 10 mins drive will save you at least 30 mins.

The person who took my blood was so sweet! She was gentle during the whole process and made sure I was comfortable! Would recommend this location to everyone! It was the easiest blood test I’ve ever taken with minimal impact on my arm, I didn’t even have a mark!

Very nice place! Parking is tricky and scarce but it’s really a great LabCorp! The staff is friendly and they’re very quick. I go out of my way and extra miles to go to this LabCorp location as other locations the staff are not nice at all!

This location has lost track of their mission. "To improve health and improve lives. This LabCorp failed to deliver world-class diagnostic solutions, brings innovative medicines to patients faster and uses technology to improve the delivery of care. They are not welcoming or kind to the patients. They were completely rude, not just to me, but to elderly. Front desk would have patients standing at her desk for 5+ mins. While she completely ignored them as she typed away on the computer. All patients wanted to know was where to sign in. Which it all could have been avoided with a visible sing. One would think by the 3rd person, one instead of acting irritated would realize the issue. As a prior medical technician that worked in a lab setting, they have NO sense of urgency. They completely wasted my time. I arrived at 7:05, 5 mins after they opened for fasted lab work and was seen 45 mins later. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was an hour, to get nothing accomplished. Just to be laughed at and told that the location that sent me "obviously" knows what documentation they need to provide on a paper request. I had my driver's license next to the Tech's Computer and he didn't even bother to look me up in the system. In fact, he commented that I or anyone could be falsifying the documentation for the lab request. Even with the name, address, phone number, fax number, website, listed on the bottom of the sheet. Not to mention when I proceeded to call the facility who was requesting the lab work on my way out, I was kicked out. " You can't call them here!" Just Unacceptable! I recommend some process improvement, and some training in patient care, and empathy. If you did not choose this field to serve others, please reconsider another career.

Difficult to get on the phone, but all LabCorp seem to have this problem. Staff is nice, location is a little hard to find - inside of Doctor's office.
