The bathroom was so dirty I couldn't use it and had to leave. No matter how clean the store is, if the employees who used that dirty bathroom were cleaning up their belongings, I wouldn't want to go back. The bathroom photos are so dirty I can't even upload them.

Good prices. Customer service not great. I requested a human checker and the guy at the front refused to help me. Self check out is difficult. Also their coupon did not work. Did not feel comfortable asking for help after the initial rude encounter. Dont think ill be ne back.

The place is understaffed. The lady by the selfcheck out had an attitude and was not helpful at all. Shelves were not fully stocked. would not recommend.

Quality control is really bad here, produce is over priced and really sad looking. Bought a yuka, and it was already bad when we tried to eat it the next day. Lotte market is the place to go if you want good produce.
