Used a Groupon and staff was very friendly and did a great job. Emma did my lashes and was very attentive. She gave me the full service even though I had a Groupon. I'll definitely go back. Remember to tip well especially if you have a Groupon.

I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Lashes salon for 3-4 months. Emma has been doing my eyelash extensions and she is incredibly talented. She is able to create a beautiful, natural look that enhances my eyes without looking overdone. The salon itself is always immaculately clean and organized. It has a lovely aesthetic that helps you relax during your appointment. From the friendly smiles at the front desk to Emma's gentle touch as she works, the entire staff helps you feel welcomed and cared for. I would highly recommend Luxury Lashes to anyone looking for quality lash services in a comfortable, professional environment. You can feel confident you are in great hands there.

Luxury Lashes does an amazing job on my lashes!! Their space is warm and inviting. Their staff is friendly and professional. Tyra is a true artist with the lash application. She’s a sweet young lady that takes pride in her work and strives to make the lash application enjoyable and friendly.

Never coming back again! I had the worst experience at this establishment. First my appointment time was at 2pm with Sara, I had asked the receptionist how much longer at 2:15, she informed me it would be 3 more mins. Mind you I also have a babysitter waiting at home at the time. Sara finally starts me at 2:35, see my frustration? The receptionist puts me down for a full removal never asking me how long has it been since I got a fill, it had been 3 weeks. I go to check out somehow I’m paying $60 when it costs $40 for a partial removal which is what I usually pay when I go to Luxury Lashes. I ask the receptionist why it’s $60 but she informs me Sara said it’s more than a partial… I go home and wash my face and there’s a bunch of glue residue on my eyelids! I’ve been a returning customer a few times here but this will be my last. Super disappointed in my service today.

Emma is awesome! She was friendly and quick. It has been 15 days and my lashes look just a good today as the day I got them and it only took a little over an hour!!! Amazing!!

Such a cute glam space but still had a relaxing vibe. I saw Tyra who was very professional, personable and I loved the magic she did on my stubby, old lashes with my lash lift and tint lol. I already booked my next appointment and look forward to visiting again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Horrible experience. They over processed my eyelash perm and my eyelashes were literally curling back into my eyelids and they looked horrible. I went in and showed them, but the owner was very rude and did not have any sort of solutions for me what so ever.I’ve had friends that worked there too and they’re experimenting working there was not good!Service: Eyelash extensions

I had a very great experience and loved the result of my lash lift and tint the first time I came here in August 2021 but my second time in December 2021 was not as great. Here's a side by side of the finished product immediately after both times. Disappointed, but hopefully they can fix it so they look more curled. Definitely would have recommended this place after my first appointment but am a little hesitant to recommend now, knowing it can be hit or miss. I will say they were very sweet and accommodating to try to get me back in to get what I wanted. Update: I waited about an hour after my appointment to get them retouched and they look much better. I'm so glad they were kind enough and willing to fix them for me. A bit of an extra step but the customer service made up for the initial disappointment.

Lashes always come out so beautiful. Tyra did an amazing job. My lashes are full and natural looking exactly what I wanted. I will definitely keep booking at this facility because the talent is amazing.
