“I don't know how to spell her name, but Maira was phenomenal!!! My appointment was at 8:30, but she was ready and called me in at 8:25. She was professional yet had the kindest and amazing attitude!! She was the only one working but was very efficient; she moved with purpose! She mentioned how slow the system was, but had such a positive attitude and found a way to work smarter! This is someone who doesn't just sit there and complain when something goes wrong. She's that proactive problem solver you want on your team! Our interaction lasted less than 10 min, but she left an impression on me!!”

“Very pleased with the personalized service.There is only one issue. I went to their Ashburn VA location. Google maps takes you somewhere else. In fact it took me to the Ashborough Luxury Apartments and I got lost. I lost 15 to 20 minutes to find the right place. Clinical Diagnostic Labs should either ask Google to correct their maps, or they should post a map on their website and ask customers not to follow Google.”

“super fast, super easy, I didn’t catch her name but the lady drawing my blood was very nice and it only took her one try to find a good vein :) other reviews had me a little worried as someone who’s scared of needles and blood, but it wasn’t bad at all!”

“I had an appointment today at Quest in Ashburn and it was great. The young woman who drew my blood in room #1 was kind and gentle and a I barely felt a thing. My appointment time was 9:30 and I wasn’t seen until about 9:45 but that’s fairly normal in most medical settings these days. The email confirmation instructions were clear on what to expect upon arrival so I knew I’d be signing myself in with the QR code and my drivers license so there were no surprises there. I like that the wall monitor shows where you are in the queue. I will say I wouldn’t use the walk-in option, you have to make an appointment because patients with appointments are prioritized and they were busy. I will definitely use Quest’s Ashburn location next time I need testing.”
