The girls at the front desk were really nice and had a warm / welcoming smile. The optometrist was very nice and relatable as well and I was really confident in her expertise. The gentleman helping me find glasses was extremely detail oriented and really spent time making sure everything was perfect. All around great experience.

I love this location so much that I drive 2.5 hours to get there. They’re the kindest and most welcoming people. Dr. Burton-Zalar was lovely as always, and answered all of my questions. The manager, Emily, exceeded all of my expectations, and offered the most top notch customer service. I actually enjoyed the visit, and look forward to going every year! Thank you all so much for your fantastic customer service!

The staff is always professional and pleasant to deal with. Ben is always patient and does his best to ensure you have the right style and fit. It is refreshing to see old fashioned good customer service is still practiced at this My Eye Dr location.
I will certainly recommend your store to family and friends.

I like the doctor and the selection of I wear. However, my first issue was last year when I went while I was looking at glasses. The gentleman that was helping me stepped away. Said he'd be right back with me to touch base with another customer and it took about 45 minutes for him to come back to me. I picked out my glasses and there was some issue. I guess they were backordered. I was not informed at any point and it took about three months and like a district manager or something like that getting involved for me to finally get my glasses. This year I got a text message, reminding me that it was time for me to make my appointment. Follow the link made the appointment or so I thought. It was for today at 3:40 PM at the One Louden location. This morning I was diagnosed with double pink eye, yes it's gross. I'm also a preschool teacher. I called earlier this morning after I was diagnosed with double pink eye to cancel. And nobody was available for my eye doctor and it told me to leave a message which I did and I said I would like to cancel, but I didn't want to be charged a fee for canceling less than 24 hours notice left my phone number blah blah blah. I never heard back so I went and drove a half hour down to one Loudon And the girl at the front desk was fine, she wasn't rude, but she told me that they don't get voice messages? I don't know how that happens. If I call their number it was obviously a eye doctor. It said one Loudoun...I don't know how that works. Then she was kind enough to look at my last appointment and nothing since last year has shown up. So I probably messed up on the scheduling online somehow it's probably one of those things where you have to confirm 20 times before it's actually booked so that was probably my fault but if I would've at least gotten a call back at some point today that also could've been avoided. I think I'm just gonna go somewhere else they just put in a LensCrafters right around the corner.

Me and my daughter have been going to another location of this practice just so we can been seen by Dr. Heather Burton, she moved from the Sterling location and we were not sure where she works and started seeing another doctor somewhere else and were not happy at all. It was until one day I found out Dr. Burton works at the One Loudoun location and we immediately booked our appointment. We were blown away by how great they treated us. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the nicest lady name Shivani. She did our eye checkup, eye pressure check and everything else. She had a beautiful smile the entire time and was very kind and patient to me and my kid. We then were seen by the greatest doctor, Dr. Burton who went over all the steps, made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. She made great recommendations on which type of glasses I should be using, listing the advantages for each and we never felt rushed or anything. Then it was time to pick our frames and lenses. A very nice gentleman name Mr. Ben Nazeri came and assisted us. I have always had a hard time fitting for glasses and no one in any of the offices I had visited before knew why until Ben recommended me to select frames with a nose pad and voila! The frames fit so nicely. I could not see very well even if I had my glasses on and he recommended a special kind of eye drop brand which was so helpful that I can for the first time in my life see very clearly and no more eye itchiness. He spent over an hour showing different type of glasses to me and my daughter and made sure we are happy with everything. You can tell he is very proud of what he does, and very knowledgable too. We also were helped by the nicest lady name Sara and she went over our bill and payment and assisted with everything. This place is the Disney of all the eye doctors in the area. Very friendly staff and you get experts' help picking out your frames. Thank you Dr. Burton, Shivani, Ben and Sara!

I typically don’t write reviews but I was very disappointed in my experience today. I am a prior patient of this location. I called in today, as instructed by my primary care doctor, to see if they could fit me in to check my cornea for a possible scratch. Which is supposed to be checked as soon as possible after the incident occurs.
When I called told the woman at the front desk what happened to my eye, my symptoms and asked if she could speak to a doctor to see if I should come in to have it checked out. At the time I didn’t know what was going on just guessing based on googling my symptoms. The woman told me she spoke to the doctor and that they were completed booked for many days out. She said the doctor told him it was up to me if I wanted to be seen by somewhere or not. She said if I did want to be seen I could go to my primary care doctor. That is when I told the woman I had already spoke to them and they said they couldn’t check my eye only an eye doctor could do that. The woman said well sorry we have no appointments.
I ended up calling a different eye doctor nearby, who I wasn’t even patient of, and explained the same situation. They told me they wanted to get me in for an emergency and the doctor could see me in 45 mins. They even noted they didn’t recommend waiting until the morning as it needed to be looked at ASAP. I ended up having a scratch on my cornea that needed medication to treat. The doctor told me he couldn’t believe another place wouldn’t fit me in today. I laughed and said not only would they not fit me in today they weren’t interested in seeing me at all.
Anyway I won’t be back here! Check out the eye dr in the Ashbrook commons plaza he was great

Dr. Lee was great! He took his time listening to my concerns and making sure I felt comfortable during my exam. The staff was very kind and helpful. Firas explained everything clearly and Ben did a great job suggesting frame options within my budget that match my style. Overall, a great experience all around!

This places is below par. They are all sweet to you while placing the order but will not honor the discounts publicized online under some pretext or the other. In addition, they website will show no records if your glasses and they do not answer the phones either. Request to speak with a manager never work and generally I think this place takes the customer for granted. It’s over three weeks and I have no sight of the order I placed. I personally would not go there again and would never recommend this location to anyone

I’ve always had a great experience at My Eye Dr, and this time was no exception! Dr Burton is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and the staff is amazing! I even brought my husband here to get his eye exam and he a great experience as well! We will definitely be back again next year for our eye exams! Thank you for helping us to see better!!

This place is the WORSE place ever. Just GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Bad management, bad customer service. Brain was supposed to call me back and he NEVER did. I went there with 2 pair of my eyeglasses and simply they lost them and asked me to pay for a replacement. Just HORRIBLE.
