Got a gel manicure here - the lady had no idea what she was doing, she got polish all over my hands and the shape of my nails look awful. A few days later my gel nails have chipped which is insane. I wasted my money, since they are way more expensive than other salons in the area. I should have read previous reviews before coming here - should have known since the salon was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon….

DO NOT GO HERE. The nail tech did an AWFUL job on my nails. I was misled on the price. I was told one thing on the phone and then got WAY over charged. I even spoke to the owner and she argued with me and still made me pay WAY more than what I was told on the phone. She clearly doesn’t care about customers and just argued with me, when I kept saying to her that I had asked the price prior to coming in. My nails had a little bit of gel left on them and it took the nail tech less than 5 mins to take off and the owner STILL charged me for take off without telling me, just so she can make some more money. I wouldn’t have been so upset about being overcharged if my nails looked good and wouldn’t be posting this but the owner was so rude and unprofessional. My nails look SO SO bad. The owner treated me so terrible when it was her employees fault for misleading me on price. AWFUL PLACE. AWFUL BUSINESS OWNER. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I had an awesome experience here. I keep my nails short, and I typically opt for a classic mani/pedi in my first visit to a particular salon to get a sense of the basic service - and this was the best ever. Tammy's care and attention to my nails were exemplary throughout, and her foot/leg exfoliation and massage were especially noteworthy. The salon itself does feel spa-like, with nice decor and pleasant background music playing, making for a truly relaxing experience. So glad to have this gem within walking distance!

I recently stopped by over the weekend for a gel mani/pedi. Everyone was very nice, professional and provided exceptional service. I will definitely be returning here!

The space is nice and clean. The staff, friendly. I asked if they could do a textured design with pearls/stones and they told me it was glitter and wouldn't last. The design wasn't glitter and I would have preferred they just said that they could not do it. The design they did came out neat. I would possibly go back

Made an appointment several days ahead of time for 1pm for my friend and myself. They started my friends nails around 1, didn’t have someone free until 40 minutes later to do my nails. What’s the point of taking appointments if you aren’t going to honor them?? What a waste of time.

I've been getting my nails done for 20 years... from AZ to CA to NY to VA. This is by far the worst nail job I've ever had. It took 1.5 hours for a full set and that's because after an 1hr and 10 mins I had to ask for someone else to do my nails. The manager, I assume she was, came to finish the job which still took another 20+ minutes. They were crooked, soooo thick, heavy, misshaped, everything bad you can imagine I literally started to cry thinking about the time and money I'd wasted by then. The first lady who ruined my nails started laughing hysterically when I started crying. She kept laughing and I kept crying. Finally I asked if someone else could finish them. She started at 2:50pm and it was 4:10pm and they still needed drilling, sanding, etc. The manager came and finished. She said they looked they way they did because they were so long?! Look at the pics...that doesn't look long to me. Even after the manager finished they still look awful. I will NEVER go back to this salon and I can't wait for 2 weeks to pass so I can get them filled somewhere else. The pics don't look as bad as they do in person. And again this is AFTER the manager finished them. Wish I had before pics.

Came in for a walk in gel pedicure and my mom and I loved it! The massages were so good and shaping came out perfect. Have been coming here for years and will continue.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I had a gift card so I scheduled an appointment, moved back to Ashburn and was looking for a nail home. Arrived at 3:00pm and did not leave until 4:45. All I got done was a gel pedicure. I wanted a manicure as well but feared that would take another 1 hour and 45 minutes. My nails look horrible as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!Service: Pedicure

They were amazing in here. Lam and Tammy were amazing. The customer service was fantastic. We were greeted with smiles and laughter and a family like vibe. Every thing was great and then they rubbed our legs and feet with oranges. Tips well deserved.Services: Nail polish changes
