Dropped in for a workout while in town visiting. Plenty of classes on the schedule to attend, but I am currently following Wendler's 531 and I just needed a place to lift some weights. They had a variety of barbells, bumper plates and other equipment to support getting whatever you need.Sign up was easy and the facilities were clean and orderly. Staff (and even members) were friendly and helpful. All in all, I had a great experience and this will be my go to place to work out when I'm back visiting NOVA. Thank you!

Coaches at OGG are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to building world class exercise programs that will get you into the best shape of your life. In from out of town for the week and stopped in for a drop in workout. Class movement Instruction and programming was great. Gym is very clean and everyone was welcoming.

I have been an OGG member for almost three years now and only regret that I had not joined sooner! This gym is great and is everything I could ask for. The facility is top notch with all the equipment you need for a varied workout. The gym also offers several different types of workouts and programs to fit any athlete's needs, from the most experienced to the newest. The coaches are approachable, knowledgable and focused on helping every athlete achieve their goals. You cannot find a better gym in Loudoun County than OGG. I would highly recommend OGG to anyone living in the Ashburn area and will continue to be a member for years to come!

Premier Gym in many ways - coaches, programs, facility and community environment where people help and respect each other. Supports wide variety of fitness goals with their excellent and well thought out programming. It has been 9 months since I joined and I am enjoying every bit of experience with excellent support for my fitness goals

What an incredible place. I have been working out here since the middle of the pandemic and only wish I had joined sooner! First, OGG made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe throughout the pandemic. They clean extensively, social distanced, etc. Second, the coaches are very approachable and dedicated to their craft. Not only are they experts, but they will go out of their way to help every person from the most experienced to the newest athlete. I also really love the variety of programming they offer from your standard Crossfit-style workout, to functional training to a running program and much more. Lastly, the clientele is phenomenal. Everyone is really chill and friendly, and will encourage you as you both sweat through a workout. I highly recommend this amazing gym and cannot say enough great things about it!

I had a great experience when visiting Old Glory Gym the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean and organize. A lot of room and equipment to get the job/WOD. I would strongly recommend this gym to anyone and will continue to go myself .
