Nice bank with nice cashiers. Problem is they are reducing the number of their banks when there was inadequate already.

I went in for a simple withdraw and the lady helping me harassed me for no reason. I had already given her my Id, bank card and filled out the withdraw slip. She then went on to ask me for the last 4 of my social, mobile banking ID, Recent transactions, Zelle history, birthday, and my phone number. She asked who I zelled and the exact amount. She asked what was the name of the bank I was getting direct deposits from and the amount. She asked me what was the amount of a check that was deposited to my savings, and multiple other transactions from two separate accounts! It took about 25 minutes to get my withdraw done. The lady tried to explain herself after that she was simply making sure my account was updated. I was definitely profiled! I've used this branch multiple times I'm disappointed.

This is one of the PNC branches which has cash. Many of the branches now have only cash-less transactions. Nice staff here, as well.

PNC as a bank is fine, but this branch is not equipped with the right staff to handle transactions. I was able to send a wire from my account at another branch and had to send the same wire again. They wouldn't let me because my license has still had my maiden name on it, as the pandemic has created a backlog at the DMV and where you get passports, so the photo IDs I have can't be updated yet. My married name is on the account, so I brought my marriage certificate and updated Social Security card to the branch to supplement the photo ID. That wasn't good enough for them. The kicker? I opened the account at this branch using those ID documents and they opened it up with my married name. I then immediately went to the PNC at Giant down the street and they let me wire the funds easily without second thought.

Poor experience. The staff were extremely pushy and intrusive, asking personal questions and trying to upsell me on other products. Very disappointed.

Worst bank out there @pncbank I received a text from pnc bank saying I received a payment via Zelle. After noticing the funds were not in my account, I called customer service who said it will take 1-3 days...when asked why that was not in the text message...I got no response SMH

Stopped by the branch to cash a homeowner insurance claim check. This was a PNC check so I didn't anticipate any problems. Was told that I'd be charged over $70 to cash the check since I didn't personally bank with PNC. I pointed out that the payer has a corporate account with them and that since it was a PNC check they could easily confirm the account and fund availability. I asked to speak with the branch manager. He emerged after I few minutes and pointed to a sign on the counter. The sign was in Spanish. The manager stated that PNC charges 2% to cash a check for anyone who doesn't bank with them even if it's a PNC check. I've never had a bank attempt extortion when trying to cash a check drawn from their own bank. Reconsider using PNC...there are many better options available for your banking needs.

I'd love to give this PNC bank 5 stars, but I've dealt with SO many dumb-sh*t morons here that they've made depositing a check such a taxing and aggravating experience, taking a xanax beforehand wouldn't be a bad idea. If you read Tyler's review above, you'll also see that he mentions idiot tellers. To their credit, they've always been friendly, but if their eyes crossed and they started drooling after being asked to help someone with a home loan, it wouldn't surprise me in the least. Other than that, I like PNC as a bank.

AH the BANK! I sometimes love going to the bank. You expect calm respectful treatment and you always get it. Unless you go to TD, Bank of America, Wachovia, BB&t, Chevy Chase or the ATM at a 7-11. That being said, I only go through the drive-throughs at banks. I have to say, certain PNC bank members are rather slow, d*** and disorganized. They take forever, why does it take 25 minutes to deposit a check?! Oh because you didn't sign the check, or put your name or address on it. Or perhaps you don't have an account? Oh you don't speak English? Damnit!!!! You can see what I'm getting at. The Drive through is the same as all the others, with the Jetson's tube thing but this PNC has a video monitor so you can actually see the teller in there little booth. Stop picking your nose, they can see you. Speaking of which I was on 7 west yesterday and the guy behind me was digging for gold, I mean he was up there. Sorry Anyways, they cash your checks when you ask, deposit when you ask and so far haven't had any problems with them. Cool orange debit card though, thanks for letting me stick out like a dude with crocks on. :( I loved my crocks
