I had an appointment today at Quest in Ashburn and it was great. The young woman who drew my blood in room #1 was kind and gentle and a I barely felt a thing. My appointment time was 9:30 and I wasn’t seen until about 9:45 but that’s fairly normal in most medical settings these days. The email confirmation instructions were clear on what to expect upon arrival so I knew I’d be signing myself in with the QR code and my drivers license so there were no surprises there. I like that the wall monitor shows where you are in the queue. I will say I wouldn’t use the walk-in option, you have to make an appointment because patients with appointments are prioritized and they were busy. I will definitely use Quest’s Ashburn location next time I need testing.

Came to this location as a walk-in with a printed order. Been waiting for over an hour and not even checked in.
No one at the front desk and staff moves so slowly. Would not recommend you come to this location, so useless might as well close this location. Do better quest.

Absolutely terrible experience at Quest Diagnostics Ashburn. I had an appointment scheduled, but when I signed in on the tablet, it claimed I didn’t have one. No one was at the front desk (as usual), so I had to check in as a walk-in. I ended up sitting there for almost TWO hours, and this isn’t the first time this location has done this — friends of mine have had the same issue.
What made it worse was that the same staff member kept coming out to call in patients, and she saw me sitting there multiple times for well over an hour — and still skipped over me. Another customer had been waiting even longer than me and was also never called in. It’s ridiculous.
I could hear staff talking and laughing in the back — and it wasn’t even busy. There’s no excuse for this level of disorganization and lack of care.
Do NOT come to this location. Save yourself the time and frustration and go anywhere else.

Each step was easy and fairly easy to follow. I think Google maps was the hardest part of this, lol. The lab tech was awesome got in on the first stick. She was very nice and made me feel welcome and at ease.

This location is not good to go to if you are withholding medication or on time constraints. I'm withholding lifesaving meds and still waiting but my appointment was 40 minutes ago. It appears they are short staffed and working slowly between patients. The waiting room is packed with people who have been waiting a long time. They're at a rate of calling a new guest in every 30 minutes

It is the end of third day and I don’t have the Test results. I checked on line as well and it says in process. That is totally unacceptable.

I scheduled appointment and it took no time to see staff. It took less 5 minutes to complete everything so fast and delightfully
Staff are skillful and professional and knowledgeable and value me vip
