Sam certainly is a man of his craft. He knows how to take my goals, hone in on precise muscles that need strengthening, craft a meal plan that aligns to my schedule and gives me energy. And if that wasn’t enough, Sam answers Qs in a speedy fashion, empathizes when challenges seem insurmountable and keeps me motivated.Couldn’t ask for a better trainer which is why I keep coming back.Thanks, Sam!

Sam designed a workout plan to fit my age and needs. I find the workouts reasonable and I am getting toned and stronger. I love being able to fit the workout in before work at 6:15 am. Starts my day going and gets my mind engaged. I love the Saturday class also which is more cardio. Well done!

Been coming to ROCK Fitness for over 2 years now and love how the trainers are highly skilled and know just what I need to do to get the results I am looking for. The classes are small and the instructors are able to give individualized attention. When I leave this gym I feel as though I have gotten a great workout and I'm ready to start my day. Highly recommend ROCK Fitness to anyone looking to get fit and healthy!

Sam is fantastic at what he does. The classes are small in size and I always feel like I've been given personal guidance with each workout. Amy is also wonderful...always upbeat, positive, and real. Great community of people/ clients as well!
