The 4 stars are for Tati who was very helpful, welcoming and made my shopping experience very pleasant. Also Yasmin was very professional during the checkout process. However, there were two associates, one with burgundy doo-doo braids and another older woman standing around talking negatively about customers. That type of toxic, childish behavior has no place in this store. Do better. ☺️

First time visiting Sephora and it was great! Betty provided amazing service and put in loads of time in finding the right foundation and concealer for me. Thank you Betty for all your efforts and the above and beyond assistance you provided during my visit. Much appreciated.

Fast and friendly service at this Sephora located in One Loudon. I popped in to pick up an online order since they are currently having a great sale. It was easy to find online order pickup (to the right just inside the door) and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. There is ample parking at this Sephora, with a multi story free garage directly behind the store and several others within a 5 minute walk. There is NO on-street parking or stopping directly in front of the store.

all the bad reviews are here for a reason. Worst sephora location i have ever been to. The employees here have a serious attitude and make up lies that don't even follow company policy. I am rouge i spend thousands of dollars a year at sephora. I went to return 2 items and the lady at the register told me that they can't find the items on my account insinuating i stole them?? It was absolutely disgusting and distasteful. Well guess what? I went to another sephora location near my house and they very easily found the products and returned them. Employees need to be retrained and just terrible service. Don't recommend.

A Sephora employee, her name was Chai, had such a stank attitude. She was condescending and rude to me and seemingly to other customers as well. she didn’t DO anything outwardly rude, but her attitude was so distasteful. After our interaction, she continued to stare me down and make me feel uncomfortable. I’m disappointed because I come to this location a lot and usually have good experiences.

I walked into this Sephora yesterday to return an item and my friend overheard two employees racially profiling me. My friend heard one woman saying “green shirt” and the other employee saying “clocked it” as we walked in. As a black woman I’d encourage people of color and other black people not shop in an environment like this.

Very weird encounter and upsetting. The light skinned person who appears to be of the LGBTQ community working the online pickup section on 6/15/24 around 7 was very odd towards me. I’ve worked makeup retail and I am probably the nicest towards the workers. So I asked if they had tissue paper for my bag and they assumed I meant “gift wrapping paper” and continued to make a face and tell me go to CVS. Very snarky.
I didnt say anything at all, because some people are just miserable and I can’t do anything about that. I simply asked for tissue paper because I could have sworn Sephora used to do that. Regardless, horrible service.
