We took our youngest adult daughter to the artist section to show her how to use makeup in the lightest of ways.Isabel was an amazing instructor and makeup artist.Our daughter felt very overwhelmed going in. However, Isabel's kind demeanor won our daughter's confidence, and both ended up communicating well.The end product was an amazingly simple method with minimal product to quickly and efficiently transform our daughter into a young professional.Her confidence grew ostentatiously, and she could not wait to repeat what she was taught in days to come.If you have a young adult or for yourself, you want to have a makeup session. I came in to pick up some cosmetic items for my daughter. The service is good as I was able to show the items list to an associate, and she was able to direct me straight to the aisle where they were located and I was able to find them in two minutes, there was a long checkout line so they were able to do a mobile check out for me since I only had two small items to check out and that was very convenient.

Gave 4 stars because there was no one at the checkout counter.Otherwise, it is a nice store for your beauty needs.

I went into this particular location last evening, instead of the location I normally visit because it is closer to my home. It was such an awful experience for so many reasons, I don’t think I’ll ever go into another Sephora again. I think the store may have been over the limit of people allowed in the store, the store was absolutely filthy, there was not enough help and the one person available to assist walked around carrying a basket looking as if she couldn’t get out of there soon enough. When I asked her a question she told me she didn’t know and I said is there someone she could check with, she said “oh yea sure”…and proceeded to ask through the communication system they use. Come to find out the product is only available online (would be nice if the website stated that). I’m sure this location might be nice when it’s less busy but I don’t think I’ll ever return to find out.

Customer service here is lacking. I was trying to make a return on a product I ordered online and was told I couldn’t make the return with no valid reason. I had to argue with them which I don’t like doing ever until my return was accepted. My return was not 30 days over and I had a legitimate reason as to why I was returning something and I had to argue for that. Really weird.

Ive never written a yelp review in my LIFE- but i was so disappointed and offended by the salesgirl with checked me out here. I didn't catch her name, but she has dark straight hair and braces. She looked to be about 25-30, which I want to clarify in that I would not openly critique a teenager who I would assume has lesser experience. I'm used to simple kind service and help at this location, but she wanted to absolutely nothing to do with me at checkout. Standoffish, rude, and was impatient with me when I had to run back to switch out an incorrect product I had picked up. Sighed and rolled her eyes when I had to walk away to pick out something else. I had a gift card and just looked at me and said she didn't know how to use it. I took it upon myself to ask another sales-person to provide assistance. I forgot to add in my points/tie my phone number to my purchase (of nearly $100) and she said said "oh, sorry you already paid. It probably worked though" (it didn't, but by that point I was embarrassed and uncomfortable) I am assuming I'm younger than her - I'm 23 and have never written a negative review before but dealing with this salesgirl at checkout made me feel so disregarded, insecure in my own mistakes of picking up products, and averse to returning. I have had positive experiences with everyone else here and have never thought twice, but wow-- this girl was straight up rude.

Just got a hydrafacial here from Ariel, one of their aestheticians. Wow.Could not possibly recommend her highly enough! I’m very new to this world, but she was so patient and very clearly experienced in her field. My skin is glowing, and I’m feeling a genuine boost of confidence. Much needed!I will definitely be returning for another one soon.

After a very negative experience with a manager at Ulta (Tysons corner) I switched to Sephora. Love this store and it’s employees. Helpful, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment today to get a hydrafacial, was very impressed by the service at this location. Ariel was very kind and patient with me (I'm new to this world) and the results speak for themselves. I will definitely be returning regularly, and I highly recommend Ariel to anyone looking for a quality hydrafacial from a caring and experienced aesthetician.
