We come here all the time. The staff is lovely, especially the young man that often works evenings and the young woman who’s always on drinks. We moved here a year ago and were delighted that there was a sheetz similar to where we moved from. Food is good, snacks are good, gas prices with sheetz points can’t be beat.
Update: I don’t know what happened. I tried to call because twice my wife has received coffee without milk or syrup after ordering it. I understand they had a new machine, but the person I talked to when I called heavily implied that my wife was wrong, there was syrup and she just needs to order extra and that the new coffee maker (they no longer hand make lattes) just doesn’t dispense milk. I’m very disappointed. I hate to spend more money at Starbucks, but be wary if you come here for coffee of the decrease in quality. The woman I spoke to was quite rude and my wife believes her to be the same person who has tried to give her a cold coffee order in the past (for reference, she ordered hot coffee)
Genuinely was so upset about her reaction to my wife’s consistent issues that I considered rating one star, but I have a long history with sheetz and I genuinely believe the majority of staff here are lovely and don’t deserve any hate. They certainly do what they can, but this was not it.

I’m a little sad to be leaving this review as I have relied on this store for snacks and coffee for a while, but they just installed new coffee machines and the same coffee I have gotten for a long time in the exact same way is now just way worse. The last three times I have gotten coffee here it has either been cold, did not have vanilla in it (in either the decaf or caffeinated drinks that I ordered together), or half full and missing vanilla and milk. After calling the store, they said it’s my fault for not ordering coffee that is sweet enough, even though the last decaf coffee I ordered was also missing vanilla. I really tried to be understanding at first since things happen, but this is the third time my coffee has been messed up (not to mention the two times I ordered coffee and was told they couldn’t make it when I arrived.) I love Sheetz, but when my wife called after this happened again and was told that the quality will simply not be the same or as good and that I need to order more vanilla (again, there was absolutely no vanilla. I am more than confident as someone who also makes espresso vanilla lattes at home and has had the same order for seven years.) it was hard to hear that this place I appreciate so much was so dismissive. I suppose this is where Sheetz and I part, sadly

Oh my gosh - Danielle at store #710 is the best! I first noticed her making sure that the counters were clean near where I was checking out. I loved this because I’m kind of a germaphobe. I was able to chitchat with her and she says she always tries to keep things clean. I love this because I’m kind of a germaphobe. Never mind that, she is such a nice and friendly person. It’s so refreshing to see her in the morning. She probably doesn’t realize how she touches people with her kind personality.

It’s crazy for the amount of money you have to pay for dipping sauces it would be nice if they remembered to pack it in every order I get. It’s always missing!

Their lazy cashier refused to sell me a lottery ticket and tried to force me to use the lottery kiosk which doesn’t give change and forces you to spend more than you’d like. No thanks. Went up the road to shell and got what I wanted.

Rhys helped me out. Took care of me when I asked if they got any donuts in the back (very hard chance this happens as the donuts are driven down daily) any who. She had no problem stopping when she was doing to run to the back and grab me the donuts so I appreciate it so much. It means the world because these donuts are better than any other spot. Thanks for the great

This Location used to be good. Now they are never stocked like they should. Also it had become filthy. I know the soda machines can get dirty but last few times I have been in there it's the same old story. Somebody needs to come and help them straighten up. I should not be sticking to the floor everytime.
