My experience at this star bucks was down right awful. The blue haired barista was straight up ignoring every person of color and she wasn’t taking our order because “She has too many to make.” However, when any other person that was not a person of color wanted to order, she would take their order immediately. We tried to get our order taken after a group of people that were getting theirs taken, but it was simply a waste of time because we were left standing and waiting for her to help our group, but she would simply not do anything. She made eye contact with us multiple times and made us wait 5-10 minutes when we just gave up and left. Overall the Barista was not a great server at all, and we couldn’t even get our drinks.

Horrible customer service. I made a mobile order for convenience and was not given that at all. I waited 30 minutes after my order was placed for my drink and ended up having to leave the store before receiving my drink as I had prior plans…..which is why I mobile ordered in the first place. The estimated wait time was two times longer before I left. The two workers lacked motivation to make these drinks as they were very slow and many people were upset from waiting. They also were getting orders wrong and a lady received the wrong size she ordered and just left out of frustration of how long it takes them to make a drink. Overall extremely frustrated, never received my drink I paid for, and the employees both had horrible customer service.

They are terrible slow. Most of the time they only got one person helping. I think I’ve been here 22 mins already for a latte.

Starbucks has consistently failed to meet my expectations. Their coffee, while pricey, is often lukewarm at best. Additionally, fruit flies tend to swarm around the pastries and cookies in their display cases. I find that I can enjoy excellent coffee at gas stations or fast food establishments for a fraction of the cost. Moreover, the service is often slow due to unnecessary complications with coffee preparation and other trivial matters.

They don't care about costumers. The guys and the girl they saw me but didn't care even to say hi. They were so busy talking about personal staff and making fun of each other. Bad and slow

Lately, when we’ve been coming here in the morning, the two employees who are working have zero customer service skills. They never greet anyone. Today there was a man waiting eight minutes for his order to be taken, there was two employees both working on two other peoples orders, which wasn’t a lot. The man got frustrated and just walked away, then it was my turn. I then waited for four minutes without anyone greeting me, and not telling me that they’d be right with me. After five minutes of still not being greeted, and them being extremely slow to make two drinks, I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take my order. The one boy didn’t even look at me. The other girl told me to hold on she had to make some thing. When she got to the register, she just said what do you want? I gave her my order they and they were out of one thing which was fine. She then made my order The fastest she’s ever done because you could tell she just wanted me to go away… I usually have to wait another five minutes for her to make me my one drink; when it was ready, just slid it on the counter didn’t even say anything and walked away. I’m mad because there was no customer service skills , They both could’ve been like “good morning welcome to Starbucks will be right with you”….They also could been like “hi ma’am sorry for the wait. What can I get for you”… Even when she gave me my order she could’ve been like “Heres your order, ma’am so sorry for the wait again. I hope you have a great day.”…I didn’t get any good customer service I just got awkwardness and side eyes. Every time we go these two employees are moving like molasses. In the afternoon an older woman works and yes a lot of kids go in there so I understand she can get frustrated but she still needs to have good customer service skills. Asking someone “what do you want” instead of “How can I help you?” is highly unprofessional. She also roll her eyes and slams the cash register when my daughter orders by herself. Y’all need to do better

I only go here if it’s extremely convenient. There’s always a large staff, but only 1 person actually working, while the others are gossiping with each other. There can be no line, yet a few minutes before anyone asks for your order.

A few kids were working here, talking laughing- I'm watching them screw up my order twice - it took forever to finally get it right. Maybe the owner doesn't care? I think it's better to avoid a Starbucks that's inside a grocery store...?

If I could give this no stars I would. The customer service at this Starbucks was HORRIBLE. I got my first drink with no problem then waited over an hour for my other drink. This made me late for my job. I brought it up to the man working and he just brushed it off. I wish I had never payed. I will not be recommending this Starbucks to other people and I WONT be returning.

wow. This was awful. I enjoyed coming here for all my caffeine needs but not anymore. Certain employees are always serving attitude and NOT good drinks. They just upgraded the kitchen and I admit, it looks great, but maybe next time instead of spending money on a kitchen renovation, they can spend it on some better employees. When I come to a Starbucks I expect a quick and efficient pit stop, but when I arrive at the Starbucks in Harris Teeter Brambleton, those expectations are crushed. It regularly takes over 30 minutes for employees to serve up one drink when there are less than 5 people in the store. I believe mobile orders have ruined this already crappy Starbucks. The employees seem to only care about mobile orders. In conclusion, I don't recommend this location. Do better Starbucks.

I’m placing a 1 star because of horrible customer service,please don’t waste your time there! so me and my friend were at Harris Teeter. We were going to buy Starbucks until then some of the employees working at the counter, were just talking, so we waited for a few seconds to notice us, but then they kept talking for about 1 hour so then we were completely pissed. But then when we check back Starbucks, they were serving one customer so when we came back they finally took our order! The cake pop was great but we’re still pissed about what happened. Please if you’re expecting to go to this Starbucks location then do not ever go there because all they might keep talking all day long so they can just waste your time and not serve you, so please if that ever happens to you do not go there,it will waste your time!
