The staff at Stream Valley is always incredible! I have tried a few other vets but nobody cares like they do. They allow you to go into the room with you pet which is great if you have a dog like mine!Even though my dog is a pain sometimes and not the nicest they show him the most love.

Dr. Corey and her team are fantastic. They have always made time to see our dog Hope when needed. More recently, she was very ill with pancreatitis. Dr. Corey was out sick, but was still home consulting and trying her best to get the best care possible for our girl. The emergency hospital we visited even noted that they rarely see vets do this. She was the only vet we consulted, who was advocating for more aggressive treatment to give our girl the best chance. I have a background with animals, and I was an Animal Science major. I know vets, and I can say with confidence that she is a gem. Thank you Stream Valley for caring for our girl so well and for having such tremendous patience with our family. We are so grateful!

I’m beyond impressed with my first experience with this office! All of the staff were so so so nice and couldn’t stop helping my puppy feel at ease. Truly impressed with everyone’s kindness and tenderness with my girl. Our puppy Maya is very sociable and loves to bite on everything! They handled her like pros with love and care every step of the way. I was able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing they would take care of her in all the ways I don’t know how lol highly recommend this location and it’s wonderful staff!

What began as a school field trip to a veterinarian ended up being a 23 year caring relationship between Stream Valley Vet and our pets, including us the pet owners. The front desk staff are pleasant and the doctors compassionate and understanding of your pet's needs. We have used their medical services, overnight boarding, and grooming services and would recommend Dr. Corey and her staff to anyone looking for a Veterinarian in the Ashburn area.

Great work at Stream Valley Veterinary Hospital; being new to the area it was difficult finding a team of professionals that we could FULLY trust with out two petit Maltese (Charlie and Daisy). However, once we found Stream Valley Veterinary Hospital we were so happy to find such a caring team of professionals who "know their stuff". Led by Dr. Cory one can see why they are amazing. Since moving to Ashburn our pets have begun their transitions to "elder pups" and my little Daisy was diagnosed with cancer. Charlie has his issues but the cre provided to them both was amazing AND affordable. Compassion and caring and expert advice is what we've encountered with Stream Valley Veterinary Hospital. Our pets are better off today than they were before Stream Valley and we have Dr. Cory and her staff to thank. I'm not good with names but Chaney comes to mind as does Kylie and Rob. Chaney and Rob are two of the Vet Techs and Kylie is most often the gal that answers the phones. Each one brings to the table a sense of caring that surpasses what we've encountered in the past. Great team of professionals and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our two pups than Stream Valley Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Corey.

They showed genuine compassion for my sick fur buddy; the technician took the time to explain everything I needed to know; and to top it off, the bill was much less than the estimate, which is always a great way to end a vet visit! I've been going to them for years, and haven't been disappointed by the service.

I was taking my dog here to get groomed by Liz and she was absolutely the best. Sadly, she left , therefore I won't be back as I've had too many issues with this vet. If it's not one thing it's another. Trying to get ANY of the receptionist to follow through with their job is such a hard task, it's ridiculous. It doesn't matter what kind of question you ask them, it could literally be the simplest question and they have no idea what the answer is to anything you ask them. It's always "I'll call you back" to which they NEVER call you back. My boyfriend and I would be the ones to have to track them down and call back-- WEEKS LATER. Then when we call back it's always new employees every single time or " I don't know who that is, she doesn't work here". Everyone that I dealt with prior to 2021, has left. The fact that EVERYONE that we dealt with from the groomer, to the behaviorist...tells me something clearly is going on here. Everyone doesn't just up and leave around the same time from a passion they love doing. I've heard a lot of stories about how the owner treats their employees.. yelling at them and so fourth. It really comes down to the lack of training. These people NEED training. Don't just throw people into customer service trying to figure it out all on their own. This vet just seems like a revolving door here ever since 2021. I work in customer service myself therefore I know the importance of following through with follow up calls and trying to answer questions that any client has and actually calling back when you say you're going to. I understand that as a vet you get busy, every business does but you should be able to answer simple questions. I shouldn't have to keep waiting and waiting for a response and then track you down with multiple phone calls weeks later. If anything, TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE so they can do their job properly and efficiently.

Dr. Corey has helped me with my cats for years (over a decade). I cannot say enough good things about her clinic and service. The staff are friendly and competent, and Dr. Corey really has a way with animals. She also bends over backwards to help sick pets, sometimes even providing lifesaving service at reduced cost.

I got home from work to discover my dog had a deep gash on his thigh that needed to be stitched. My vet could not take her until the next afternoon and suggested I go to the emergency vets. They were all at capacity or hours and hours of wait time. I called Stream Valley 30 minutes before they closed. They had me come in. They were so caring!

We have been bringing our cats to SVVH for over two decades. We have always found Dr. Mary Corey to be extremely knowledgeable, informative, and compassionate in the treatment of our pets. She takes the extra time to fully explain health issues and treatment options. Her vet. techs and office support staff are always courteous, efficient, and keep the exam rooms spotless. SVVH billings are reasonably and competitively priced, with never any charges that were not discussed prior to treatment. We have the utmost trust in Dr. Corey and her staff at SVVH to care for our pets.
