I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ashburn Sunoco. From start to finish, their focus on customer service and quality work was evident in every interaction. In an industry where it can be hard to know who to trust, this team goes above and beyond to earn your confidence and deliver results that speak for themselves.
The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly, welcoming attitude that immediately put me at ease. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and never once made me feel rushed or brushed off. They were patient, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle.
Once they diagnosed the issue, they clearly explained the work that needed to be done, answered all my questions, and provided a fair, honest estimate with no pressure. It’s refreshing to deal with an auto shop that communicates so openly and treats you like a valued customer rather than just another transaction.
When I picked up my car, I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the repairs. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and don’t cut corners. My car runs like new again, and they even took the time to double-check everything and make sure it was spotless before returning it to me.

Very poor customer service, rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Apparently, they do good work at a reasonable price, but with the attitude and poor customer service I will never go hear again or recommend this place to anyone. How you treat your customers is a big part of your business. Don't talk down to people and give them attitude and act like your customers are all stupid. That is a bad way to be treated.
Maybe you did not hear the phone call. I had to stop him from talking and ask him to talk nicely to me. I never said except was wrong, what I'm saying how he talked to me was wrong. Wrong. I stopped him in the middle of his conversation to let him know that. I didn't know there was a problem with my windshield. I bought this car 5 years ago and it's past four inspections like it is and no one ever said anything. He could have said it in a nicer way instead of talking down to me like he did. I'm not a stupid person. I'm very educated and I don't expect to be talked to like he did. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and a manager for 30 years. I train my employees better.

I've dealt with car mechanics from Muscat, Rabat, Riyadh, and Bucharest. Who knew I'd find the most honest, professional, cost-effective, and all-around great work in Ashburn, Virginia?
