Nick is a great instructor. Keeps you engaged and working hard. Easy to follow and stay motivated. Two suggestions: less burpees and more rock music :-)

I had such a great New Year’s workout at Title Boxing in Ashburn today! Shane was fantastic. Excited to make this place part of my fitness routine in 2024!

Shane? You mean the real estate assassin? Hulk Smashburn? The Meanie wit da Beanie? That guy? The greatest boxing trainer there is. I would recommend his classes to anyone, except a punching bag. If I was a punching bag, I’d avoid this location at 6 am on M/W/F as if my life depended on it… because it would. Shane can transform any regular desk employee into a savage that even prime Tyson would be afraid of after nothing more than a 7 minute warmup. 10/10 would recommend

First class with Lori! She’s extremely patient with a newbie like me and makes sure you’re being safe and having fun and takes the time to assist you

Title is a very welcoming place. I first walked in wide-eyed and nervous but everyone was kind, helpful and patient. The classes have a variety of teachers. Each one has a different style. Definitely recommend trying Title Boxing out.

Have been here for about a year and a half and I LOVE it! I’ve had pretty much every instructor and love all of their classes. I have recently been going to the 6am classes- instructor, Shane does a wonderful job getting us going and excited every morning! If you’re a morning person, you’ve gotta try his class. My sister, who has autism, is a member with me. Each instructor is so patient and supportive, which is so great when working with her! She has taken classes with Jeffrey, Nick, Tori and Lori and has had such a great experience with each of them! They all really make it a point to always say hello to everyone and connect with you, which keeps you excited to go to each class. 10/10 recommend :)

Jeffrey is the absolute BEST!!! He always has a smile on his face and his workouts will definitely challenge you. I am so thankful for this place. It has definitely changed my lifestyle in every aspect. The gym is clean and very well maintained. It never feels like you’re going to the gym or you’re at the gym. The trainers are very friendly, accommodating and will motivate you to keep going.

I joined Title about a year ago not expecting much besides getting a sweat in and improving my fitness level. However, the energy as well as passion of all the coaches/instructors for the sport was so contagious, I quickly fell in love with boxing and martial arts. Even though I’m moving on to more focused trainings and can’t make time to come to Title any longer, I’ll always credit trainer Nick Saghir for helping me honing my skills in the earlier days and fueling the fire. Also biggest shout out to Jeffrey, Lori, Tori and Sam for their patience, unwavering supports and positive energy through every workouts! I wouldn’t have been the fighter that I am today without Title, and for that I’m grateful.

Rehan is hands down the best coach at this location. His ability to gauge the fundamentals, beginner to more experienced, when classes begin and during is a skill set most fighters only dream of. Where other coaches simply burn you out, Rehan focuses on the practicality of the punches, kicks, and various boxing moves to actually give you a better workout that leaves you feeling more confident as you continue to learn, without exhausting you. Ideally, this club has some of the best trainers, but Rehan's dedication to fundamentals puts customers security at the forefront while setting the building blocks for an effective workout.

I will make this review as clear and honest as possible. I attended a free trial class. It was a solid cardio workout. At no point were we given boxing instruction. Regardless, I signed up after class anyway because I'm out of shape and was drenched by the end of class. I knew I would accomplish the goal of losing weight if I joined. However, I was obviously unsure whether or not I would accomplish my other goal of learning the sweet science of boxing. I took a risk in signing up and greatly regret it now. Due to the remarkably bad customer service I received after this, or lack thereof, I had to file a dispute via my credit card company. Below is what I submitted to my credit card company as a description:I went to a free trial class on May 24th, 2023. At the end of the free trial class I signed up for membership with an initial fee of $119.99. The customer service person at the front desk stated that I needed to download the Title Boxing app to my phone so I could “book a bag” for my first and future classes. I was told it is required to “book a bag” before going to a class because there are only so many bags and classes can be full. I was also told that the first time you sign-in to the app is unusual. She explained that even though I have never signed in before, I must click login and then "reset password" for it to work. From there I type in my email address and go through the sign-up and sign-in process. I first attempted this process when I got to my home unsuccessfully. At this point, I started to call Title Boxing daily for approximately 2 weeks. The first 5 or so calls went straight to voicemail. In all of those voicemails, I requested a call back to assist me in signing-in to the app. None of my voicemails were returned. I decided to cancel my membership. I left voicemails daily to request a cancellation. This went on for about a week. None of my voicemails were returned. I still had not talked to anyone at any time. Finally, I called one day and got through. I spoke to a gentleman who said he would email me the cancellation form and call his boss/owner who was out of town in Texas to begin my refund of $119.99. He said he understood my frustrations and would call me back later that day to confirm everything. I provided him with my email address and he did send email me the cancellation form which I promptly filled out and returned. However, he did not call me back. This started a series of more phone calls that went straight to voicemail, as well as emails that were not responded to. I stated in the voicemails and emails that I would like confirmation of my cancellation and my refund. It took several days for somebody to communicate with me. The email stated, "The cancellation form has been received!”. There was no mention of my refund inquiry. It was at this time that I decided to file a dispute through credit cards website. To this day, I have never received a call back to my voicemails and I have never attended one class. On July 5th, I received an email from Capital One with a link to my updated dispute. It had several documents that Title Boxing used "supported their transaction with compelling evidence."I noticed a few issues with their support of the transaction:1) They do not have my correct email address listed. It states that my email address was “validated”. That would be obviously impossible for me to do. 2) My name is spelled incorrectly. 3) In their “Compelling Evidence” they state that "I continued to use services”. They provide two dates for this. The first date listed is May 24th, 2023. That was the day of the free trial class which they provide to prospective members before they actually sign-up, if they choose to. The second date they have listed is September 13th, 2022. The year we are currently in is 2023, I'm not Marty McFly. 4) In their “Compelling Evidence” they state “cardholder no longer disputes the transaction”. Liars. To my cyber friends, I hope this helps in your decision to join this gym, and I

I enjoy the workouts I do at Title Boxing! It’s a great cardio workout, and I’m learning to box. Shane is a very knowledgeable, fun, and friendly instructor, I’ve taken classes so far and I'm looking forward to starting my private lessons, I highly recommend this place.

I just recently started boxing. I’ve always been interested and so glad I finally tried it. My first class was with Lori, she made sure I felt confident in my punches and the sets we were doing. I keep taking classes with Lori because her energy is fantastic - she has great classes that get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong ? If you haven’t taken a class yet I highly recommend doing so! Title has been a great experience for me every time.
