Great staff... always helpful. The parking lot is big and usually has open spots. I love their chai tea, both the sugary powder version as well as the tea bag version. Usually I use both to make tea with half of the power mix. My seasonal favorite is the frozen pie crust. It is a bit tricky to thaw it and lay it out in a pie pan. People who taste my pies assume it's made from scratch! Boy it's a time saver! Overall I like to shop here because the store is small and doesn't have too many selections of each item, which means I'm done with shopping in a lot less time compared to typical grocery stores.

I love this store. Changing your opening time to 9am is a big deal. I can't see how this decision was made to benefit the customers. My window to shop there has now been totally eliminated. I wasn't the only person in the parking lot confused trying to figure out why the store wasn't open.

What a lovely first-time experience at Trader Joe’s! My grandmother, mother and I drove over an hour to visit this location last evening, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our trip more. We were generously offered help two separate times by two separate employees (when’s the last time you were offered assistance while grocery shopping??), and all of the food options were unique, priced fairly, arranged perfectly, and sounded delicious.
Super special thanks to employee Lisa, who was super nice and conversational! While she was bagging our items, she started conversation about our dogs, plans for the weekend, a college shirt I was wearing, and more. She welcomed my grandmother warmly, and even offered her a reusable bag, since it was her first trip to Trader Joe’s. Lisa also bagged everything so smartly and made an effort to reduce waste, with all the frozen/refrigerated items together, and each paper bag doubled and packed to the brim (which I LOVE!).
This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a grocery store, and we will all definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful, 5-star experience!

Good verities but not super organized. Definitely don't go on a Sunday - It was packed. Grab a jacket with you as it's freezing cold. Overpriced items, however, some items you may not find at other grocery stores.

This is by far the best Trader Joes in the area. The parking is ample, the service is great, everyone is very kind and helpful and they are always stocking what I need. Very rarely do they not have what I'm looking for. My boys always get a lollipop and the cashiers spoil them with stickers. I'm comparing this location to the one in Reston, parking is horrible there, very tight and it's a small lot. The shelves were half empty and people were not so kind. If making a trip to Trader Joes, come to Ashburn instead of Reston. :)

My favorite store !!!! Now that it’s Pumpkin season, oh man!!!! It’s time to stock up on things because nothing lasts in the shelves anymore. Their Pumpkin Body Butter is absolutely amazing it will take care of your dry skin. now that it’s getting cold. Give it a try, hope you enjoy!
