This was the worst hotel experience I have had in decades. The air conditioning unit was very loud and ineffective. There were also weird electrical/roof noises all night. Thin floors amplified every noise from the room above. Very nice staff.

Tru hotels are for people that normally stay at Hiltons but just need a quick hotel. If you're so tired you will fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow, Tru is for you. No frills. Simple. Heay doors. But service is outstanding. Everyone is so helpful.

The location is amazing. So much to do in One Loudoun. Great places to eat and drink which is walkable from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating

This review is STRICTLY for the customer service I received by Mason. I was DOUBLE CHARGED by the hotel on a one night stay and none except Mason was able to help me get a refund. I was told by multiple employees to call other numbers and that my refund cannot be issued. However, once I got in touch with Mason he took multiple days to reach out and reassure that I would get my refund and walked me through the process. I appreciate his services deeply and want to extend my gratitude to the young man. Thank you sir.

Small but clean and pleasing room. I like the style - it's definitely geared toward business travel. Very friendly staff. Overall a very positive experience.

Very plain rooms in a stylish setting. Gets the job done at a reasonable price. Good breakfast selection and very friendly staff. There's a pool and a gym and on site laundry. The location is excellent if you need to be in this area. One Loudoun has a ton of very good restaurants and things to do. With a car you can get to a bunch of other entertainment options. Great hotel option if you're looking for a casual space to stay.Nearby activities: Restaurants, movie theater, shopping, top golf, indoor sky diving, shooting range, axe throwing, playgrounds.Walkability: Easy and short walk to One Loudoun neighborhood.

The mattress was literally the hardest mattress I have slept on in a hotel and the blanket was as light as paper. For such a nice area, this was really disappointing.

The room was a bit too bare bones, wish there was a way to get hot water for tea or coffee in the room rather than downstairs. I had a good stay otherwise.

Fourth time staying at this location. Great stay.Although I do not understand the growing number of places that accommodate animals in shared spaces. Especially spaces where food can or will be sold ... or spaces where people with pet allergies will also frequent.

I stayed here on accident, my original hotel room was damaged and the hotel had to move me here to Tru. John was working at the front desk and helped me get checked in and was so polite and nice to me after a long day of traveling. Great room, best bathroom lighting for makeup. I didn’t need to bring my LED mirror for it. Best of the best. Thank you John, please give this man a raise!
