Everyone is so nice and friendly no matter the location. And the rates are pretty good as well! So glad there's a UPS store location near my job, easy breezy.

Office of the Attorney General of Virginia,I received a perishable flower arrangement for the death of two immediate family members to be delivered to my UPS Store where I have a mailbox one week late. I even asked UPSStore 5742 to contact me when they received it (see email below)No one contacted me from that store; stopped into the store 2/6 at 130pm after growing concerned. No email, no call, no text despite me giving them the ability to do so on the day they claim to have received it. I had actually requested it be delivered 1/31 and I suspect it in fact may have even been delivered earlier; I will check their cameras.UPS Store: I am contacting the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia because I do not understand all this and I am quite concerned.Your employees - either deliberately or through proven incompetence- have aggravated my grief. Why would you do that to a paying customer ?I want my money back.

I had my Verizon router which was due to be shipped today, at 430 I was told that they need the order number and by the time I got that it was 4:58 (sat closing time is 5pm) and the door was locked was locked by then, I got in at 459pm when someone opened the door I was told that the systems automatically shutoff at 5pm, and I cant do anything until after Christmas. Is that true that the systems shut off at 5pm when I saw other customers being served? I would be happy to remove this review if the systems really do shutoff at 5pm.

FINALLY!!! a UPS store that treats you like a PERSON and not a number....my receipt 7/30/23 at 4:49 pm says employee was 252723 he was awesome..it's worth the drive after dealing with terrible service from other ups stores in South Riding area where I live.

I would like to informed you that, your UPS team are very careless person, I have sanded one package through UPS, but UPS team handover to post office driver. And they lost my package, and I’m keep following with UPS , but they’re not responding proper way and they’re not taking any action yet. While I was sending my package, that time I have asked to the lady, when it’s gonna be reach, and the lady was mentioned that on Tuesday its gonna be reach, it’s more than 3 weeks but still UPS people are not taking action, it’s very disaster service. That’s package was very important, if you people are not find the package, I’m gonna be file the case against of staff and UPS. So, I’m requesting to you all to please find that package as soon as possible and deliver to the right address.And, please do not sorry to me, sorry will be not workout, I need my that package. What you will do or not I don’t care, but I need that package soon.

Friendly and fast service everytime I walk in. They are courteous and knowledgeable. I take all my packages to this location and there's usually no wait time. Plenty of parking nearby, especially 20 minute parking spaces in front of this store which are very convenient during busy hours.

This UPS store is the best I have ever encountered! I frequent their services many times during the week and they ALL consistently demonstrate excellent customer service. Ron and a female (sorry, no name recall) representative deliver especially stellar service! They are very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, all with a warm smile and short, friendly conversation. THIS is my new ‘go to’ mail service!

These people are dishonest and thieves taking advantage of the people they are supposed to serve. I went from 44 dollars to over 140 to send a small package to Arizona. DO Not Us this place.

Perhaps this is a good place if you only want to copy or ship - but do not consider them a professional print location.I stopped in because they are in the neighborhood and thought to take my business printing there. I wanted to have a print job of 125 on my card stock. The staff who waited on me did not know enough to determine if they could print on the sample I brought in nor did they know pricing. They did not care enough to ask other staff for assistance and gave me the impression they did not care if I was a customer or not. I will go elsewhere when custom printing is needed for my business.

I've been using this UPS store for years and I love this place. I mail a lot of packages and have never had a problem. I've used them to enlarge photos for me and they helped make a large Christmas sign for a very reasonable price. I don't know what I'd do without them. They are always friendly and always helpful.
