The service you receive at this location is horrible. The guys act like they hate their job. They don’t greet you and have the biggest attitude. If you don’t work there quit. Find people that know the definition of customer service.

The UPS Storeoffers SO MANY services and they are all completed VERY fast. Bottom line, I always receive outstanding customer service.

I copied a stack of papers yesterday and a worker behind the counter gave me a dandy box to put them all in-free of charge. The box came in very handy walking around the city, and in the office, carrying official documents and items. The workers also have a good sense of humor 😃 The rates are reasonable. Keep up the good work, guys! 👍🏽

Never had problems with shipping. Although the guys working always give me a mean stare whenever I come and don’t say a word. Don’t really feel welcome in the store but I haven’t had problems with shipping.

I arrived before closing time. Door was locked. The two works saw me at the door and literally walked to the back room to avoid contact. I waited and knocked. The lady returned to explain its late way after I missed the closing time. The guy stayed in the back. They could just say they are closed.

Be very careful when shipping packages directly here for pick up. They charged me an illegal holding fee. The manager finally refunded me my money after I threatened to file a complaint with the government. I have had packages shipped directly to the UPS store dozens of times and I never paid a holding fee. From now on, I am shipping with FedEx or have them sent directly to my home address.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE! They bounce me back between ups locations saying “we are bot ups” and won’t give my expensive package away
