My neighbors referred Chuck to me, when they sold their home. I am super happy with that decision.Chuck put in a lot of hard work into sale of the our house. He provides a personal attention, his knowledge and experience has come in very handy. He would rightly raise concerns, when applicable. He is very accessible and has a team of people around him, which can get things done in super fast manner. He went above and beyond spending a significant amount of time making sure things are right.If i were to buy or sell a place, i will definitely go with Chuck again.

I have worked with Chuck for over 2 years to find the home for us in Ashburn. He was so patiently with us and advised us for the right home . My wife and I requested information online on a condo in Leesburg; 5 minutes later, Mr. Valenta called us, and arranged an appointment to view the available units. He showed us all the units in our price range, and gave us lots of information about the neighborhood and about the condo association. He helped us negotiate our offer and of course he arranged the necessary inspections and whatnot. He also went beyond the necessary and helped us arrange estimates with painters and handymen to make some minor repairs in our unit.

We bought the townhouse in 2014 and now it's out for renting. We're beyond words, knowing Chuck for more 4 years, Chuck has helped us finding the nice house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He and his team (handymen, carpeting, flooring, roofing and painters, etc.) are incredible, they go the extra mile in making sure things are done efficiently and you will be happy with the outcomes. The best part working Chuck is that he's ALWAYS responsive in answering our questions and giving us good advices that meet our needs during or even after we closed the deal. It might sound too good to be true but trust me, once you get to know Chuck you will be amazed of his thorough knowledge. Chuck and his team helped us sell and buy a home simultaneously. During the entire process, what could have been a very stressful process was tempered with smooth professionalism and a positive attitude that made the entire experience exceptional.
