It is difficult to judge ABC stores when I'm used to private liquor stores back from where I'm from. My experience with this particular ABC store has been good in the 2 times and I've been there.. The sales team is polite and friendly and the prices are what they are as sent by the state.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, you find variety and if they don't have it because it is out of stock they will guide you where you could get it.

Really disorganized and unfriendly store managers. I did not feel safe waiting in line to get bourbon. The managers were not considerate for people that were waiting longer in line. A fight literally almost broke out... my suggestion is to avoid this store in the morning. Overall I would suggest going to a friendly store and avoid the drama of whiskey drop days!

Horrible place, terrible experience. I understand that the company has a sharp 9pm closing hours. I parked the car at 8:58pm after the worst Saturday ever work. I was grabbing a single bottle of Kettle One for my already late anniversary. I walk up to the door and the manager flipped the open sign to closed in my face and locked the door. I then made it clear that this was for something special and that all I needed was one bottle. Instead of maybe understanding. The manager instantly caught an attitude with me. I don't know his name but he is short, Hispanic maybe and has one hell of an attitude towards people. If it's closed. Okay. But he was way way out of line telling me to "look up VA law on my phone". I would've probably embarrassed him as it would appear he does not know VA law. Zero customer service abilities. Rude manager. Inconvenienced and I don't even drink.

Conveniently located in the Brambleton Town Center, this is my quick go to place for spirits of all kinds. The store is somewhat small, so I would recommend ordering online & picking up curbside or in person. The staff have always been helpful whenever I have been in there. The online ordering experience (on my mobile) was not as easy as I hoped. Hope this part improves soon.

It was OK. Just not enough selection. Can't find at any ABC what I got on the West Coast. Not just one but several...5 different types I just haven't found out here yet.

I took off 2 hours from work and drove 2 hours to get cheated out of a bottle of Blanton's. I was originally 10th in line outside, and the store had 12 bottles. There was a backdoor entrance that the employees opened first, so I was actually 12th in line. The store employees asked the line of 12 to split in to 2 lines of 6, and that each line would be given 6 bottles. I was 6th in my line. The other line was moving faster, so the man behind me decided to switch lines, even though the employees said it would be 6 per line. When the man ended up getting up to his register before me, I told the employees that he had switched lines, and that I was 6th in my line and should have received a bottle. The 2 women in front of me told the employees the same thing. The cashier acted as if he did not see and sold that man the bottle that I was supposed to get. I thought VA ABC regulations were supposed to prevent stuff like this. Unbelievably horrible service and employees and man with no dignity.
