I have scheduled the appointment for 1:30 PM and reached the service center 10 min delay and they checked me in and kept in line and did not touched the car until after 4;30 PM ( More than 2 hours), front office staff was not helpful and knowledgeable I visited for a pre-purchase inspection and specifically asked for the Engine Diagnostic report and they confirmed that and after the inspection they reported only the Visual inspection and said that its not include in of the pre-purchase inspection. The technician Peter was good and did the diagnostics but they could not print the report, after patiently waiting until 6 PM. finally, the manager allowed me to take pictures of the error codes on OBD 2 tool screen and mentioned that he was only doing it as courtesy.
The inspection doesn't seem to be comprehensive.
The reason I visited the Virginia Tire is for their history and reputation. If I need get the visual inspection report I could gone to any other mom & Pop Shop and need not pay $169 prior taxes.
not a good experience at-all.

Excellent service. Ray and RJ were extremely friendly and attentive and the customer service was way better than any other Virginia tire & auto. Wait times were not bad either. Definitely check this location out if you hate those long wait times!

I can’t say enough good things about Virginia Tire & Auto of One Loudoun! The staff is so helpful, sweet, and professional. They really take the time to explain things clearly, which makes the whole process feel stress-free.
The shop itself is spotless and welcoming—and they even have a play area for kids, which is such a lifesaver when you’re running errands with little ones. They had the exact tire I needed in stock (when no one else locally did!) and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently.
What really stood out, though, was the extra kindness: one of the team members actually came outside to hand my toddler her shoe after she dropped it. That small gesture says so much about the level of care and attention they show their customers.
Another bonus is the location—it’s perfect to walk over to One Loudoun to shop or grab lunch while your car is being serviced. It makes the wait easy and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this location if you want excellent service, a clean and family-friendly environment, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond!

Had a difficult experience with Virginia tire and auto. Long story short My Radiator was replaced incorrectly which caused a massive transmission leak. Although my experience with Peter was professional, I had to get a second opinion from Nissan Safford dealership right down the road to diagnose where the leak was coming from and prove to Peter it was there fault for the Tranmission leak ( I thought was oil from the engine). To Peter’s credit the problem was fixed. Now my A/C is not working and Virginia tire& auto are not taking any responsibility for the A/C unit not working. Prior to bringing my car there the A/C was working perfectly.

Brought my car in for inspection, rejected for tail lights and head lights. Quoted for $175 to replace. ($120 for labor). Headlights were functioning but they were rejected because it's LED. Replaced the bulbs, took me a whole 15 min. But they wanted to do redo the whole inspection again because its been more than 2 weeks. Shop closes at 6 but stops taking customers for inspection after 4pm, i came in around 4 30pm. 2 Trips to the shop, just a waste of time, just another shop ripping people off.

I am never dissappointed with their service! I made the mistake of getting my car's safety inspection somewhere else (close to where I live), even though I always come here, to VA Tire and Auto of One Loudon, and they found issues I did not think my car had. Took my car this morning to VA Tire and Auto of One Loudon for a second opinion and it passed the safety inspection!

Its a rip off, they wanted to charge $400 for changing 2 headlights, the headlights are for $30 dollars at auto zone.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
We made an appontment for an 830AM oil change. It's nearly 11AM and we still are waiting. What was the point of making an appontment? We've wasted 3 hours now.
This is a regular occurrence when trying to get an oil change at this location, and there has been no ownership or attempts to make this right.
Avoid at all costs.

Their treatment of BIPOC and LGBTQIA people is terrible! It took forever to have the inspection done even though an appointment was made. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
