We had a great experience at this Pharmacy, Amin helped us make sure our insurance went through and was giving such great attention to all customers. I was really impressed by the staff and service on a holiday. This isn't our regular pharmacy but it was open on the holiday when ours was closed. They helped us transfer the prescription and took great care of us!

I hate when people waste my time and they wasted my time today waiting for a manager to get nothing resolved.
I'm a regular customer and I buy some of their overpriced crap cause it's convenient I even get my medications there I will no longer be shopping at any Walgreens because of the stupidity. Refusing to sell a 63-year-old man a pack of cigarettes bc I left my wallet at home Spokennoise I was trying to purchase cigarettes and other items with e mobile phone

Dania at Walgreens went above and beyond to help me ship a last minute package via FedEx. She ran and got an envelope and tape, helped me quickly with my purchase and helped me tape up my package. She was very understanding, kind, sweet and helpful! You are wonderful Dania!

This is unfortunately the closest pharmacy to my house and I have tried to use them so many times but I'm officially done. There are too many reasons to list why this pharmacy is so bad. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There is a Harris Teeter right next door and I can only image they are better. This place is so poorly managed, you can read about it in other comments but it can also be seen in person. If you go in person you will always see new staff working at this location as I can only image they can not retain staff. Their communication is so poor you'll have no idea when Rx's are ready. If you see a line at their drive through don't get in it, you'll be waiting forever. Today they just decided to raise the price of my Rx, they had no explanation and just said sorry. Don't even think about asking them for a GoodRx price as this will disrupt their entire day. If you don't believe me, use this pharmacy and I'll help you write your one star review.

I used to love this place. Friendly, clean, convenient. Now, a lot has changed. If you need a prescription same day, this is not the place for you. I believe I read they are outsourcing this now and it’s supposed to provide us a better experience. I’ve been waiting 8 hours and counting for one prescription needed now. Quite often they are out of stock as well. My recommendation is if you have time to wait and by wait I mean days, go here. If you need a prescription same day find another pharmacy.

This Walgreens has been my go to for prescriptions, FedEx drop off, OTC meds, and seasonal goodies. Plus they have a different variety of greeting/birthday cards that are not the usual grocery store ones. I really like that they have a Spanish speaking expert pharmacy. Thank you team!

Beware! WORST PHARMACY IN ASHBURN! This pharmacy is CONSTANTLY changing their hours to accommodate themselves instead of customers. They are now not open on Sundays and close at 7:00. They did this and put the smallest sign in the drive thru window while putting a HUGE one saying that a pharmacist wasn't available... NOT THEIR HOURS CHANGED! So two days in a row I left work early to pick up my Rx and they were closed. The third day, I got there in time but they had already put back my Rx bc I didn't pick it up in time BECAUSE THEY SUDDENLY CHANGED HOURS WITH INADEQUATE SIGNAGE! I had been there for the past TWO DAYS! Horrible! On top of that, they constantly lose Rx's that my Dr. Sends in and their refills. There are always new, incompetent people working there that don't know how to read the comp system. If you value your health... go ANYWHERE else!

Poorly ran and operated. Wait time for normal pay and exit can take quite awhile, as this location has few cashiers available. Pharmacy is a mixed bag. Some will go out of their way to help, others will simply tell you whatever you need to hear to get you to leave. Asking second and third questions after hearing "we don't have your prescription ready" is a necessity to avoid returning.

I didn't catch her name, but the young women who was at the register- helped me so so much. I came in about 5mins til closing time, and needed a personal product that I just couldn't seem to find. I asked for her help, and she gladly went in the back and looked for said product. Some retail works, especially 5mins til close- sometimes will just shrug off the customer and not even check for whatever product. She did the complete opposite and I appreciated that very much. The worker who helped is fantastic and Walgreens is very lucky to have her as their employee. Thank you again, !!

Slowest service ever. There's always a wait for someone to help you out and simple prescriptions take days to get filled.

The pharmacy staff are very rude, disorganized, and unprofessional, but that's not why I'm writing this review. They gave me expired medication. They actually refused to exchange it for non-expired prescription. That's how terrible those people are. While I was sick, I had to go to another pharmacy and refill the prescription to get a non-expired prescription.

Constantly delayed prescriptions with no explanation. Good luck trying to talk to a human. The app and robo call assistance will run you in circles.
