The young ladies that were working at the Walgreens at Susan Leslie Drive on Sunday, July 6. We’re very helpful and very knowledgeable about their job.

Incredibly rude people working at the pharmacy. I came here for a Covid-19 test and was the first person to arrive. I’m waiting at the line in the pharmacy and the lady working there is just ignoring me. I simply asked the lady working there what time the pharmacy opens. She ignored me and so I asked again. Her reply was very rude and I do not like this Walgreens Pharmacy. I will instead opt for CVS or Urgent Care.

4 people working and all of them clueless, all of them had literally no idea what the were doing. It was a dumb and dumber situation. While waiting in line the lady behind the counter working who was supposed to be training the new guy was just actually confusing him and the customers. Kept talking about name brand and generic while the customer kept saying the cheapest option. They really have to hire people with at least some common sense.

Usually I have no problems at this Walgreens. But because of my recent experience, I had to post a review. For the second time I feel like the attendant at register is either clueless or trying to bamboozle me. Hope I am not the only one.
The first time we went to purchase items that were buy one get one half off. He rang us up for the four items and then rang up one of the items at regular price. Of course I inquired and this spurred some long winded discussion ? instead of looking at his mistake. Sort assistance from someone else who showed him his mistake. BOGO half off.
Today, same attendant, I basically wanted to exchange an item. Same price. $8.99. He said, sure. But then proceeded to tell me I owed $3.71 cents. Why, I asked. They're all on sale. It says so on the tag on the shelf. Another long winded, nonsensical answer. He sort help from his coworker. She said yes, it is on sale for $8.99. Then he told her to check the item that I was returning. Yes, she said this one is on sale. He then asked her to check what the tag said. She had to walk back and check the price on the shelf, and returned to tell him, yes, they are all on sale.
Lastly, he said, oh the sale prices are for Walgreens members. Well duh, shouldn't he have just asked, if I'm a member ? ? ???
I am still puzzled.

Absolutely so rude and the online system to get vaccines is absolutely terrible. I waited for an hour then they told me they were unable to do the shots. Said the system was down in early morning and still had me come in and wait an hour for nothing. No warning call or anything. I will never go here again and be aware of their online appointment process, it is a joke.

It's as if this pharmacy is TRYING to be as slow as possible. Giant down the street (yep, the grocery store) is way better. This Walgreens can have no customers at the moment and they'll still make you wait. Ridiculous!

Rude! Rude! Rude! They decide for you!!! They will not call you if your meds is out of stock so you can’t transfer your prescription to another competitor. Had I not asked I would not have known. Also they send wrong text messages! They don’t care about the patient. They care more on selling the meds or may be hitting their target! GO TO WEGMANS PHARMACY OR CVS!!!!

I usually have a great experience at Walgreens but the Ashburn branch is a nightmare. I got there early for 2 shots I had scheduled and 30 minutes later I am still waiting. The Pharmacist said she was mixing my shots...and then I watched her attend to every person who came to the counter or drive through...while I waited. HORRIBLE SERVICE.I would give 0 stars if available.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I every single time need to make multiple phone calls to make sure that my elderly father gets his prescriptions even after his doctor calls in the refills. When I call, I'm often told to come at a certain time, then when I go, it's not ready because a variety of reasons. Every single time, the reason contradicts what the person I initially spoke to said. For example, I was told his meds would be ready by 3 today. I call at 5 because no text has come in to pick up. I'm told, I'm unable to refill till the 10th, which is just a day away, but informed initially that patient is going on vacay and would need them sooner. My father takes these meds daily. Please make it a bit easier!
