Wish I could give 0 stars. Every time I have gone to the pharmacy here I am met with disrespect due to their own inability to operate their pharmacy properly. I had called yesterday to resolve yet another issue with my prescription (they were trying to file it under the insurance that I no longer carry). Explained multiple times my current insurance did not need a prior authorization and that they had the incorrect insurance for me on file. All I asked was for my insurance to be switched over to my current carrier so my prescription could be processed. After explaining this and asking for it to be fixed several times, whoever had picked up was so horribly rude that I had to hang up on her. She had no interest in helping me or even bothering trying to listen and resolve my issue. This is especially ridiculous considering it was an important medication for me to have. Will never step foot back in this location and I hope you don't either. Save yourself the blatant disrespect and head to your nearest CVS.

I had a vaccination appointment, waited in line for 30 minutes, and was turned away because they were ‘out’. If they had any common decency they would have called to save me the trip. This was the final straw after many disappointments with the deteriorating pharmacy staff. I’m moving all of our family prescriptions and never setting foot in Walgreens again.

I scheduled a Covid vaccine appointment for my child online yesterday. When we went to the pharmacy today, the employee said their vaccines were expired, and they couldn't provide the vaccination. I asked her why the online system indicated we could schedule there, and she said she didn't know what to tell me. Very rude, horrible customer service, and total waste of time. We'll never go back to this pharmacy.

Have to call and ask for them to find the RX in the system in order for to prompt them to fill prescriptions that dr sends electronically. Phone menu robot unhelpful. Phone calls in queue get dropped. When picking up prescriptions, they are not always ready or even started.

I have pneumonia, Dr called in three prescriptions at 9am. At 1030 I went to pick them up and was told not ready and didn't know when it would be ready. Here it is 350pm 1 pharmacist trying to help everybody having to wait 30 minutes. Never again!

Bought Motrin children for $12 from here what’s for $6.69 at target and Walmart.. and alka-Seltzer for $18 and target and Walmart selling for $10.59.. really? That much price difference?

I can understand the frustration of waiting in line, but I have also found that if you treat the Pharmacy employees with the same respect you expect for yourself, they are lovely, responsive individuals who go out of their way to be helpful. I have also seen crusty mean people treat them in a very hostile manner. As a customer you have to take some responsibility when you are taking a controlled substance and understand they don't hand it out without proper documentation.

Went to drop a FedEx return package with a FedEx bar code but was told they cannot print the labels and so did not accept the package. Later went to the Walgreens in Broadlands and they printed the labels and accepted the package

This location is amazing. Pharmacy staff push hard to make the needs of their customers. Most of the time I go there customers are rude and demanding and dont have any patience. It's not a fast food place, and for a pharmacy that is the busiest in the district they do an outstanding job and are very kind and helpful.

I moved to Ashburn about a 1 1/2 ago and switched from the Walgreens in Leesburg, which was great, to the Walgreens in Ashburn on Susan Leslie, which is awful. I have had nothing but problems with them since switching. They have the worst customer service and there is always some issue with every thing I've tried to do at this store. After getting an immunization here that turned out to be a nightmare, I decided to switch all of my medications to mail order so that I would not have to deal with this place any more. Recently I got strep and needed the medication right away so I told my doctor to go ahead and send it to Walgreens. Once again a major mistake. The medication should have been ready by the time I got there but instead I had to deal with their typical BS and rudeness of their employees. I ended up being there for an hour and 20 minutes and still ended up having to pay out of pocket because they could find my account or insurance (even though I handed them my insurance card and ID). I will never go back to this place again and if you have a choice, I would suggest you do the same.

I mean I’d give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. Everything is always chaotic, no one answers the phones, nothing is ever ready on time.If I were Walgreens corporate I’d literally fire who ever is responsible for running that pharmacy department.If you’re in the Ashburn area do yourself a favor and go up to Health Star Pharmacy in Lansdowne. So much better.

Great staff don't overwhelm them or themselves they will overwhelm you. Just be nice to the old lady in the late evening shift. She's trying her best.

Pharmacist yelled at me for not having my paper proof of previous covid vaccinations for my booster. Like sorry lady, I moved between my last one and now and lost the 4” square paper. She didn’t offer any helpful suggestions on what to do other than telling me she wasn’t going to give me my booster without the proof. The only reason this Walgreens gets a star at all is because her pharmacy techs helped me by being nice and one telling me about VA department of healths website that has a database with everyone’s Covid shot records.

The pharmacy took an entire day to transfer a prescription because they never pick up the phone, and when i finally got a hold of someone and asked for details they just hung up on me. The other pharmacy had to call a million times for them to get it sorted too. Consistently terrible service every time i go there.
