I opened a new credit card from Wells Fargo in January. The purpose of opening a new card was to transfer the balance. By law, the card allows me to make a balance transfer, but when I visited a wells fargo branch, they tried to explain to me that this transfer was not possible with every attempt. When I received an offer from Wells Fargo, I was told that they have lines of credit for balance transfers. I opened this new line of credit with this information in mind. But, unfortunately, this problem could not be solved. Overall, I was not satisfied with this bank.

Worst service at the Yukon branch in Ashburn, VA. Avoid this location if possible. Tina is slow and took her sweet time cashing a check. Due to her service I went to another branch and was in and out chantilly branch is by far has the best service! Looking to refinance my car out of Wells Fargo due to Tina. The manager apologized yet didn’t care that business left the branch. Then they wonder why I would never open a checking account there.

Yesterday I had to visit the local Wells Fargo bank branch to make some changes to my checking account ownership. I was certainly not prepared for how busy the bank was in the middle of the day. Thankfully I was greeted by a friendly energetic young lady who was able to squeeze me into her busy appointment schedule. Karina Martinez a personal banker at the Ashburn, VA branch walked me through the process of making the changes needed, however as I feared there were inconsistencies with the account that complicated the job. Karina was immediately on the phone with the main office to resolve the issue. She worked through the challenge one step at a time and much to my delight she was able to resolve the issue without me having to return another day. If you are ever in need of a friendly banking representative you should be sure to look for Karina. She will surprise you at how enjoyable banking can be.

I am long time customer for them and the service is getting bad. Like today they have two customer in the bank and they say they are busy and they want me to take appointment in next two weeks. What a joke. I guss they are busy opening false accounts they opened few years ago.

They keep changing their policy, instead making it easy to their customers they work hard to Jake thing very difficult, no customer satisfaction whatsoever. I am very disappointed with their manager who could made it easier and gave us the service we deserve. I have been using this bank for more than 38 years and it seems that this doesn't mean any thing to Wells Fargo management. Very disappointed and thing seriously of changing to other bank.

so anyone else FED UP with Wells Fargo???? They said that my fee waiver agreement 'expired' and began to charge me to keep my $$...which of course THEY INVEST!!! I recorded the conversation...which is legal to do in Virginia. Can anyone else recommend a bank that will HONOR their original agreements?????
