DO NOT STOP HERE FOR GAS OR DEF. I went in and pre-paid for $15 dollars and their system CHARGED ME $500. I immediately went into the store to figure out what happened and the attendant basically shrugged his shoulders and said to contact the manager tomorrow and I would be refunded. Could not get resolved through 7/11 support and had to contact my bank. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this was absolutely outrageous. AGAIN DO NOT STOP HERE FOR GAS OR DEF. I also should have known better because a few years back they had a chip reader on their front gas tanks as well.

Terrible customer service. Guy just talked on cell phone whole time and walked around without actually working. Lady that was with him just kept saying the guy was getting the order together even though he wasn’t. Ended up grabbing customers items myself, since I waited over 15 minutes waiting for the DoorDash order.

I have had to fully stop attempting to get gas here because they’re so poor at keeping them functional. Wasn’t mad enough to review before but oh my god wow, tried three pumps and all three malfunctioned

No toilet paper and the trash is full in lady bathroom staff has rude faces don’t welcome people in as they walk in .

This store is a complete disaster in the customers bathroom, they do not care about no soap, no paper toilet, and is really dirty, I didn't buy nothing because it nasty. And if bathroom is dirty means everything in store is the same, really nasty ??????????
