I’d refer this location to anyone. I usually go for my inspections but anything else I may need, recently it was my brakes, I’d still choose Ashland Garage and wouldn’t make an attempt to go to another business. Their presentation and services are exceptional and to have great business in your community is always a plus. Thank you.

This place is basically the archetypical scammer car shop. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews for this place.
I'm not going to write a novel about the various issues my family endured with this shop. All I can say is there are plenty of other car shops around so don't waste your time and money with this one.

I was really trying to give Ashland garage the benefit of the doubt. But their actions from my last visit has spoken volumes. So I took my car in a couple weeks ago for a routine oil change and a diagnostic test to check on the engine. It was riding a little rough, so I wanted to get it checked out. Called set up an appt for that following Friday. I work in Ashland, so I dropped my vehicle off before my appointment time, and walked back to work, it’s like a 10 minute walk. While I’m at work the whole day I’ve realized I haven’t received a phone call from them and that worried me. So I walk back there only to be told that they hadn’t even gotten to it… it was now 5PM when i picked my vehicle up. My appointment was for 12 or 1 that day and I even dropped off hours earlier before. The dude up front said bring it first thing Monday morning and we’ll work on it. Well I couldn’t because I had plans that day and didn’t show. I expected someone to reach out to me concerned on why I hadn’t shown up knowing they didn’t work on my car on the scheduled day. Just disappointed and mad at myself for trying to support a small business.

Jeremy and his team provided quick and efficient service when my wife and I needed our vehicles inspected. They were also able to get me an appointment so I wasn’t playing a game of chance when I needed the service done. Will be taking my vehicles to Ashland Garage from now on!

This is a great shop, with a friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy staff. Jeremy and his crew have kept all three of my 12+ year old cars running smoothly and I suspect will do so for many years to come. I know very little about cars, so finding a garage I can trust has meant a great deal to me. Pricing has been fair and the quote given is what I have paid (except for the time they saved me $100 on a new radiator!). Service has been speedy. I highly recommend Ashland Garage!

My 2019 Infiniti have needed a few fixes and I’ve had great experiences with Jeremy and his team at Ashland Garage. Their prices are fair and they get the work done quickly. I also appreciate the nice waiting area space. Makes it very convenient for me to bring my laptop to work while I wait. They are now my go to car repair shop.
